I just love how short stories can offer the perfect escape after everything’s done, but there’s only a while before bed… or maybe I need a quick, little read I can listen to using text-to-speech while riding the bus, doing chores, or crafting… you get the point!! This book is perfect!! It’s a great feel good read for those Calgon moments… Ahhh, Yes! Take Me Away; what an absolutely wonderful escape!
I was fortunate enough to receive an ARC of Melissa Stevens’ “Billionaire Bachelor: David (Diamond Bridal Agency Book 10)” via B00|{$P®0UT; even though this is just my 2nd opportunity to read Melissa’s work, I found it remarkably enjoyable. I’m gladly recommending it based upon its own merits. I enjoyed her book, as this short story is on par, & I’ll definitely be looking forward to more opportunities to read Melissa’s work in the future. They married by proxy.
David was nominated by his sister Dinah as Tucson’s most eligible bachelor. He won and since then he’s been inundated with interested women. It was fun for a while but he needs to focus on his business so he goes to the Diamond Bridal agency and is matched with Skylar.
Skylar is from New Zealand and everts into the two year contract with David. He gets arm candy, no hanky panky. She gets citizenship.
But they are both attracted to each other and Skylar knows who and what she wants.

The writing draws you in and keeps you involved throughout the whole story.
I found myself in love with not only the characters but also the worlds created. The attitudes toward the events that are happening makes the story even richer.

I’ve read a lot of books written by Melissa Stevens; she has done a great job at writing a good book; she is one of my favorite authors. I can’t wait to read more of books her books.
The story line caught my attention at the very beginning and kept me interested throughout the entire book.

I need the number to this Diamond Bridal Agency. They always manage to give people what they need instead of what they think they want. Another fast and easy read. David wants a business arrangement to get the women off his back when he’s named Bachelor of the Year. Skylar is visiting the US from New Zealand when she decides she wants to stay and sees an ad for the Agency. As usual they manage to be perfect for each other. (I voluntarily reviewed an ARC).
What a great romance!
David has been backed into a corner by his sister and does the only thing he can think of to get her and all the golddiggers after him to leave him alone. He hires an agency to find him a mail order bride. All she has to do is agree to be his wife, in name only, for a couple of years and then he’ll set her up on her own. But the minute they meet, they both wonder if this “fake marriage” could be much more. This a quick read and will give you that HEA that leaves you sighing happily.

A wonderfully thrilling, sexy, emotional and engaging romantic journey that is filled with interesting charters that are both sexy, fun, witty and very real. Was a story that had me glued to my e-reader from beginning to end. Great reading!
I really enjoyed reading this book, this is the first book that I have read in the Billionaire Bachelor series. It was great to meet Skyler and David and have the pleasure of tagging along on the journey of them meeting and failing in love. This is a really quick read and the ending is abrupt but it ends well. Personally, I would have liked to at least attended the family breakfast and egg hunt. I am definitely interested to see what other bachelors the Diamond Bridal Agency has to fix up and how those turn out.

Really short, but makes for a nice read in the day! David needs a wife and Skylar needs a marriage to stay in the states. Being so short, it doesn’t have a lot of story to it, but it ends in a HEA so that can be forgiven!! 😉

Happy Easter everyone!
David’s sister signed him up as their town’s most eligible bachelor. Of course, women started coming out of the woodwork, especially as David was very wealthy. His solution is to get himself a mail order bride. Skylar enters the picture and is not at all his idea of what he expected. She is stunning and he is regretting his choice of a certain part of the marriage contract. Lovely story.
