I was so happy to get David’s story after meeting him in the first Blue is the Color book but once I began reading I realized that this more than just a rock star romance. David always thought himself a great Dad until one day he realized that he wasn’t. Getting pregnant as a teen Sylvia gave everything she had to raising her daughter, knowing that a relationship with David (the father) wasn’t in the cards she never expected more. But her heart always belonged to him, fast forward 15 years later when their daughter is in an accident, David rushes back to offer a place to stay and to care for them. During this time David realizes that his Sylvia isn’t what he always thought she was and that he wants the family he had. Watching him grow as a father and lover was wonderful to read. A rock star, second chance romance that is much more than you could hope for, another great read by Julia Wolf.
