Most people look back and say there is that oneday when their story changed.
For me, there are two.
The day I met Alesha.
Her eyes, that timid smile, the nervousness.
No woman before even comes close to the one Ididn’t know I needed.
Then there is that other day, the one thatchanged everything in a way I couldn’t control.
I promised to always protect her, but instead, Iintroduced her to my hell.
Now only she can save me.

This is quiet and shy Alesha and playboy Xavier story. These two meet through Zara and there is an instant attraction and Xavier finds he can’t take his eyes off her. With the help of a meddling sister Lily she comes up with a plan for Xavier to train them, so they get to know each other. Xavier tries to convince Alesha to give him a chance. Alesha tries to come out of her shell and we have a stalker lurking in the background. Loved their story and all the characters.
Alesha is the shy girl that has trouble talking to guys, along comes Xavier and knocks her off her feet. Love’s fun is full of every emotion you can think of and will have you wrapped up in the words of their story. Will they get their HEA or will it be stolen away. One Click to find out, you won’t be disappointed.
This is the fourth book in the series and one that will capture your heart and draw you into the chemistry between these two. Alesha is the shy one of the family and a young woman with insecurities which come out to play when she is around Xavier. The moment Xavier laid eyes on Alesha he knew she was different, but can this strong gorgeous, confident man keep his emotions and feelings in check to ensure he doesn’t scare her away before he can show her what they could be together. Their story is packed full of angst, emotion, witty moments and is hot and steamy ensuring love will definitely be fun. However things may not be easy with someone lurking in the background ready to steal everything away from them. A beautiful love story that will have you enamoured with this couple and their story.
Another amazing love story for the Stevenson family. This time it’s Alesha’s turn to find some happiness. It hasn’t been easy with three older brothers, who’ve protected her and a little sister oozing with confidence. The shy, nerdy, quiet Alesha tends to sit back and blend into the shadows. However while the quiet ones don’t have a lot to say they usually observe everything.
When Alesha meets Zara’s trainers at dinner she can’t keep her eyes off him. She has never felt so drawn to anyone before and she’s not sure how to handle herself. With a little interference from her younger sister Lilly, she gets pushed into the gym up close and personal with Xavier. Unfortunately she is unable to string a sentence together. Excepting his offer of friendship is a beginning. Watching Alesha’s personality shine through and her confidence blossom as she becomes more comfortable around Xavier is breathtaking.
Xavier is smitten by this unassuming beauty, who doesn’t seem to believe in herself. She may wear a power suit in the office but she wears a beautiful pink blush whenever he speaks to her. He finds Alesha to be adorable and so much more than the gym bunnies. He’s always been a self confessed player and has the nickname pussy whisperer. Xavier knows he’s going to have to take the slow and steady route to win her trust.
Love’s Fun by Karen Deen is Book four in the Time for Love series. These are standalone stories but with interconnecting characters of the Stevenson siblings.
This one is all Alesha and Xavier.
So full of fun, angst and passion. It was such a pleasure to read this as my first of Karen’s books.
Characters were great and the story was well written.
I look forward to more of the Stevenson crew
Love is fun!!! Oh I loved this book!! This is my first book by this author and I loved it I loved Alesha and Xavier they were just the cuties couple they just had the strongest love for eachother and I just loved that!!! And the mystery in the book I loved that as well that had me turning the pages for sure!! Loved this book 5 stars for me!!
First time in reading anything by this author. This is a story of two people whom suck you in with them. Xavier and Alesha’s story will be one that will give you the full sha bang when it comes to the emotions you look for in a relationship and how it grows. This is also alittle different because she will be the key. I have got to stop though coming into some of these stories midway because it feels a bit of missing something since I did not read previous ones. You are given lots of a roller coaster ride with when you get to the finish you are satisfied.
Karen Deen brings us an exciting page turner that will have you laughing and holding your breath and begging the page gods that the book will go on forever. Love’s Fun is a wonderfully fun book to read that is filled with adult angst that you normally get when you are a teen worrying about the boys and not sure how to act or what to say but you soon learn how to break out of that shell and find your footing.
Alesha is a loner and has been all her life, but it’s how she likes it, she likes the quiet, but her sister Lilly is always bringing her out and trying to fix her up, but she would prefer to be home curled up with a book. Until she meets Xavier who is fixing to rock her world in not only the gym but in her life. The shy and meek is finding it easier and easier to come out and jump off the ledge with him, it all in or nothing when it comes to the man of her dreams.
“I never ask for much but for once, can I just have my turn at finding my happy?”
Xavier has always been a love them and leave them type, a one night stand with no strings attached. But that will soon change when the quiet shy mouse of a woman peaks his interest like never before. One he sees not as a challenge but one he truly wants to get to know and maybe finally find and have the one true relationship he never knew he was looking for. But there is a catch in this situation he has a stalker and she won’t take no for an answer. He has to fight to save himself to be with the one he loves.
“We are the circle and we’ll never end.”
Love’s Fun was my first book by Karen Deen, and I loved it. I’ve definitely just found myself a new to me Author to one click.
This book is Xavier and Alesha’s story, it captivated me and I loved their first meeting. What sucked me in was that they were complete opposites in the sense that he’s quite confident and is considered a bit of a player and Alesha is very shy and unassuming. From the very first meeting you understand that there is a definite spark between these two, and it was so much fun watching them navigate through it.
I loved Xavier and Alesha, and I loved that Lily did what every sister would do knowing Alesha wasn’t going to put herself out there and gave her a gentle nudge. Now it’s up to Alesha to work her way through to Xavier’s heart. He understands very quickly she’s very different from most girls he dates and he takes his time to bring her out of her shell. He’s beautiful and totally swoon worthy.
Recommended Read, I thoroughly enjoyed this book.
I thought Love’s fun was a good story it had some good characters and the story line had me entertained and invested in what was going on with the characters . This would be a second read for me by the author and I’m looking forward to what’s going to happen in the next one in the series . Liked the chemistry between the couple it was super intense and had me fanning myself I feel like I’m in need of a personal because dang HOOOOOOT .
Xavier and Alesha are the complete opposite of each other. Xavier is outgoing, flirty, & goes after what he wants. Alesha is shy, awkward, & can’t form a single sentence when Xavier talks to her. As Alesha becomes more comfortable around Xavier, he doesn’t realize he’s put her in the path of danger.
A great read with mystery & suspense thrown in. Looking forward to the next book!
