She’s a woman who has never done anything like this before… who has never been in love…
But there was no mistaking that love was exactly what he was feeling toward a woman who never should have stepped into his office to begin with. The kind of woman his filthy hands never should have touched in the first place. But there was no going back. And as feelings grow, he wonders how could he even begin to explain to her all his deceptions, or expect her to ever be able to trust him again enough to give something real a chance?

Amazon deemed this book offensive in some way (not sure why) it was sooo good. Jessica Gadziala is working to get it uploaded on other sites, currently it is available on Barnes & Noble. Waiting on iBooks and Kobo links.

She’s a woman who has never done anything like this before…
Disaster had her world uprooted, her plans for her life going in a direction she could have never seen coming. Shackled with a debt she has no way to pay off, she makes a decision she never could have seen herself making. One contract. Three months. Complete financial freedom. But at what cost?

So I am a big fan of Jessica Gadziala. I follow her on facebook, belong to a reader group, the whole deal. I love all of her books, although my favorites are all the ones she says don’t tend to do so well sales wise. I also now totally see her in all of her books–like how she once said that she loves couples falling in love but gets bored in the all details of what happens after.
What I love about this book is that setting is one where the steam and sex are part of falling in love. One of most heart wrenching scenes I think Jessica has ever written was in this book, and it has easily become one of my favorites. I would have easily read another 100 pages!
This was not at all what I was expecting, amazing, stunning, hot and above all kind.
What do you do when life takes its biggest swing at you yet and you are completely unprepared?
As Rosie says it’s not even plan c, or d, but maybe me or even further down. Can she do it, even if it’s only two or three months, can she really make this choice?
It turns out with the right guy, a sweet, kind, sexy Frenchman with a hot accent, Rosie might be able to do whatever she has to.
Totally unexpected, but take a chance with me on Jessica Gadziala’s sexy new novella. I bet you’ll love it as much as I do!
Update: this book is being reinstated by Amazon!
This story was fantastic! If you’re worried that it’s too hot or that it’s taboo, it isn’t. I mean, it’s hot, yes…but not in a smutty way at all. Rosie and Preston have a great relationship built on a job that Rosie desperately needs and deception by Preston because he just can’t let Rosie be out there for public consumption. I won’t ruin it, but their story is DEFINITELY worth the read. Even if Amazon doesn’t reinstate it, I say buy it on another platform. You won’t be sorry.
I absolutely loved this book and these characters. I think this may be one of Jessica’s best books to date. This story hooked me from the very first page. I would almost say this is a slow burn romance. Even though the characters are having sex throughout the book, they are doing it as a job (well, one of them is) to earn money. It’s not until towards the end that the characters finally admit their feelings for each other. The chemistry was off the charts in this book. I could feel it as I was reading. I wish so badly I could have jumped into the pages of this book.
Another fabulous fabulous book by Jessica Gadziala. Normally books dealing in the sex industry is not a favorite (please don’t hate because I could not get into the Kiss Quotient), but I remember reading the Sex Surrogate and I really enjoyed that one. Jessica has this writing style that you kind of forget all the things you may be uncomfortable with and just enjoy the story and get invested in the characters. This was definitely the case with faire l’amour. Preston, a former porn star, is now the producer of his own company, Golden Age Production and he is amazing! I love how he genuinely cares about this industry and trying to get back to the way things were before; with quality work and emphasizing the care, safety and respect for the actors. And to accomplish that, he was better behind the scenes rather than on the screen. So for him to even consider coming out of retirement was a huge deal, but from the moment he saw the shy and nervous Rosie during an interview screening, that was exactly what he did. Poor Rosie, she had a lot on her plate and out of desperation she had to do whatever she could to make as much money as possible in a short amount of time.
I adored these two, Preston is that protective alpha male that I love so much and Rosie who is definitely out of her element, is determined and strong. Even though they have sex from the beginning, they tried to keep their emotions out of it, but that definitely does not last. I loved the progression of their feelings for each other. The chemistry is scorching hot, scenes are steamy, but there is also some sweetness involved. Even though there is a bit of secrecy involved, once all was revealed it was resolved quickly with not a lot of drama.
I loved, loved, loved this book!
5 Faire l’amour Stars
Faire l’amour is a new standalone novel from Jessica Gadziala. Jessica is a must read for me so when I saw a new title from her I was like hell ya!
From the first chapter I was hooked, I needed to know what drove Rosie to do what she did. From then on it was a roller-coaster of need, want and desire that turned into the sweetest love story. Preston’s need to look after Rosie and make sure nothing touches her felt a little wrong to begin with, but as the story went on it was sweet and caring. This is not your typical read from Jessica but that doesn’t mean its not as hot as hell and a book I just couldn’t put down. Defiantly a five star from me!
When you’ve read 60 plus books from an author, you think you know what to expect. Even when that new book is a standalone with a fancy looking french title. To say I was shocked by the opening paragraph is an understatement. Now this doesn’t mean I didn’t like it, I’m just stating its been a while since a long read author has accomplished that for me. Without spoiling it for the next person, so they can be just as shocked, this is not your average erotic romance story. Go on give it a try.. I dare you 🙂
Not my usual type of book (subject) but…is was something else and in the end…wow, you did it again, it was not boring or repulsive. If you want(like) erotic books, steamy, hot hot hot then read this. Read it if you are not a big fan like me of steamy steamy books.
