MalloryMy professional life has taken off. Now if I could get a personal one, that would be great. He is so amazing. Good looking, smart, and everything I ever wanted. Why won’t he let me love him?MalachiComing home from a life of service is hard. It’s even harder when you’re injured. Why did she have to be so beautiful? She is everything I never knew I wanted. Letting her love me was the easy … love me was the easy part.
Don’t let the title fool you, this book is full of all the MK Moore yumminess that you can handle. As always, you can expect a safe and steamy happily ever after.
After all, 425 Madison Ave is the perfect place to fall in love!
Each story is completely standalone, but you’ll want to read them all. Trust me.

Mallory and Malachi were a cute story. It happened so fast I wasn’t sure how it was going to turn out. This is the first book I have read from MK and I like the way she writes. Some parts were quicker then others, but the story flowed and it was never boring.
I’m torn about this book.
I really liked Mallory when she made appearances in the first book, Must Love Coffee. I still mostly liked Mallory in this book, and I liked Malachi. But the beginning of the book had me internally screaming “too fast!”
Mallory’s career success doesn’t seem to fit a 23 year old, even one who published her first book as a teen. But her age does account for everything that didn’t sit well with me – especially her naivete, and her arguments with Margo.
But, she and Malachi did fit well together. He looked out for her when she didn’t think to do it herself, and she helped him see that he was still whole and valuable. But my biggest pet peeve for these types of books is instalove and this is allllll about the instalove. And the fact that *only* Margo was concerned about the timing of events – not even any of the parents – just doesn’t make sense. But maybe that’s just me.
I did like how so much time passes in this book. We are with Mallory and Malachi a year later, nine years later, and fifteen years later.
Overall, this isn’t a bad book. I just didn’t love it.
New inspiration in town
A great extremely fast-paced, insta-lust-to-love story between two people who just have not had the chance to meet until they end up sharing an apartment together. A published author of erotic stories meets a soldier changed by fate, who were just what they were looking for!
I liked Mallory and Malachi and was certainly rooting for them from beginning to end. I struggled with some of the details about their relationship that just seemed too farfetched, which I won’t go into because of spoilers, but overall it was a fun and easy read. I loved the occasional appearances of Mallory’s parents because they were loving, quirky, and wonderfully funny! I also loved mention of Leo and Gwen from the first book, although I’m not sure if it was more of catching up with what they were doing if Mallory’s story coincided with Gwen’s.
I think contemporary romance fans will enjoy Let Me Love You. I loved the elements of a sexy military man, falling for your best friend’s brother, and whirlwind romance. I think if it had been a bit more simplified and slowed down, I would have appreciated it more. Nevertheless, I’m such a fan of this series and cannot wait to see what’s next with 425 Madison!
I really wanted to love this book. I loved meeting Mal, however briefly in Must Love Coffee, the first book in the 425 Madison series. She was such a great character and she is, but for me the Insta-Love/Virgin thing didn’t work for me. Mallory and Malachi meet when he stays in her apartment to recuperate while Mal’s roommate and Malachi’s sister Margot is working in France for a year. Their relationship is sort of a wham, bam, I love you ma’am sort of thing. I like relationships and every set of couples in the story had the same thing happen to them.
For me that insta-love everywhere detracted from Mallory and Malachi’s very fast and very hot love. I’m not saying that insta-love doesn’t happen, because over 60 years ago, my mom and dad met and 3 months later were married.
What I adored was Malachi. I love that he was an alpha male, while being a slightly imperfect hero. It was definitely refreshing to see an injured hero. I loved how he constantly wanted to protect Mallory.
The drama between the lead actor in the movie version of Mal’s book was an interesting touch that’s very up on the times.
This was a super quick read that can be enjoyed in an afternoon. I can’t wait to find out what happens in 425 Madison next.
Mallory is a successful well known romance author. She feels all she is missing at this stage in her life is a partner. Her roommate leaves to take a job and offers Malachi her brother to stay in her place with Mallory. Neither expects what happens next. As the two get to know one another and trust each other a beautiful romance develops. Love the characters, love the emotions in this book. Loved this story!!!
I absolutely floved this book! Mallory and Maliki are amazing!!!
You definitely need to check it out.
This book absolutely sucker punched me with all the feels. I absolutely adored this story and how it filled my heart completely in the end
I liked these characters a lot, and I enjoyed most of the story, but couldn’t get behind the instant love that happened even though it was a shorter novel. Within a day, the word love was thrown around and I couldn’t get behind it. The thing I did like was that these characters never apologized for who they were. They just were.
This is my first M.K. Moore book. While I loved how Mallory was an author, and a very successful one, enjoying this aspect of her personality couldn’t carry me through the book. The book started off on a bang – explosive chemistry as promised in the synopsis. However, this was a story of insta-love. And that’s where I got lost.
Mallory wrote contemporary romance novels but she was innocent (READ: virgin). That was definitely entertaining. So when her roommate got to Europe for a year, the roommate’s brother (yep, that’s Malachi) moves in. He’s trying to get back to life after a devastating injury from serving overseas. She’s cute, he’s hot. But they fall into bed so quickly and seem to fall in love within a 24-hr period.
While this trope may not bother some readers, this isn’t really my cup of tea. This is not to say that the writing isn’t interesting, but the plot development felt too rushed for me. I would rather have gotten to know the characters more in depth before they acted on their emotions – a slower burn to their romance. Based on all of the above, I would certainly give this author another try, but unfortunately, not this book.
I was really excited to read Mallory’s story after finishing the first book and, although I liked this story, I didn’t love it. I’m not a huge fan of the insta-love trope, but I was actually onboard with Mallory and Malachi falling hard and fast – hey, sometimes you just know, and I totally got that vibe from both of them.
Mallory was exceptional in so many ways. She was so accepting of Malachi and I loved how she forced him to see that his injury didn’t define who he was. Malachi was your typical over-the-top alpha at times, but his protectiveness of Mallory was sweet.
I think my two main issues were that the dialogue seemed a bit off for the characters in certain spots, making them seem a bit juvenile at times, and that their initial physical encounter seemed a bit worldly for two proclaimed virgins who have never had time for any type of relationship. Even knowing Mallory writes steamy romance, it just seemed that there may have been too much experience for a first time. This story also moved very quickly, so it was hard to really see that deep relationship develop, which I think also may have made this one lack a little bit of depth for me. Again, it wasn’t the insta-love, but more of developing the connection between the two that I would have loved to have seen more of.
Again, overall I did enjoy this one and I really loved catching up with some of the characters that were in the first book in the series, but there were a couple of things that didn’t work for me. I do love the concept of this series and am excited to see how the lives of all the characters in the series overlap and intertwine with each other, so I will definitely be reading more in this series.
3.5 Star Review
I want to visit or live at 425 Madison Ave. The people are friendly, love is in the air, and it has such a draw to it that I know I couldn’t stay away.
In Let Me Love You we meet Malachi and Mallory. They are roommates by default and from first sight the attraction burns steaming hot. I loved how accepting Mallory was of Malachi’s history and that his current issues are not a deterrent to her love for him. Malachi is Mallory’s protector. He loves her, supports her writing, and does everything in his power to keep her safe.
The relationship between Malachi and Mallory is just too quick for me. I am a believer of love at first sight but dang, this was beyond that. They rushed their entire relationship. The sex, the relationship, the marriage, and the rest of their lives all move at warp speed. I wanted the sweet and sexy details, I wanted the anticipation but these two were act now! and hope for the best.
The book is short and fun. It was easy to read. I am excited to see what other stories will come out of this fun setting.
Let Me Love You is the second book in 425 Madison Series written by M.K. Moore.
This Book is about Mallory Greer an steamy romance author who began her career at the age of sixteen. She is living in New York with her best friend for six years, Margo Goranson. Mallory is a best selling author and her first book is going to filmed as a movie. When Margo gets an offer to move to Paris, her brother Malachi moves in with Mallory to replace his sister. Malachi, a recently retired army captain due to a fatal injury. The moment they meet, not just the attraction but their love at first sight sparks, too.
The main thing that I loved in this book or their romance is that, the couple was sure about their feelings for each other. Malachi was little in the beginning due to his injured leg but Mallory’s love for him barrier whatever barrier he had weakly built around his heart. Malachi’s love is like, ‘I’m ready to kill for you to protect you’ types. They don’t delay in expressing what they feel for each other and committing to one another for a lifetime. They both are sure of what they want and what they need.
I loved reading this book and I’m really very happy that this book turned out to be my first release tour ARC. Mallory and Malachi’s love is so natural and loving that could make anyone who reads to feel there true love story should like this. This is the first time, I’m reading a book authored by M.K. Moore and I’m already in love for her writing. She has handled the story very beautifully, it’s a sweet and steamy love story. Even the love making scenes has been described beautifully that it doesn’t distract a reader away from the story.
Though Mallory and Malachi are the leads, the author hasn’t left any character in her without a love life. Every supporting character in the story meets the love of their life and the greatest part is that, the author, herself as expressed that through her female protagonist.
True to her word in the book description, the meaning of LET ME LOVE YOU, one will understand when they read the book.

I loved the idea of an author finding love with her friend’s brother. Especially with the twist of them being roommates when he took over his sister’s apartment while she’s out of town.
However, I didn’t find the characters to be relatable. I have read books with insta-love before, but they fell in love so fast it was almost hard to keep up. As a result I felt like I missed out on what could have been really fun moments as they adjusted to getting to know each other initially. I think it led to a lot of points about their lives being brought up and then not addressed.
Additionally, some of the dialogue and writing felt over the top and stilted which took me out of the story a bit.
I was really hoping to like this story, but unfortunately it wasn’t for me.
Thank you to the author for providing an ARC for an honest review.
