All of the stories in this anthology were great! I really did love each one. The storylines were varied and interesting. The characters were wonderful. The romance was swoony. And the kisses…sigh…oh, yeah! Each story had a happy ending, but not all ended in an engagement. I really appreciated that, since the stories aren’t long. It kept them from feeling too rushed, and I could still envision the engagements and weddings that would come.
I have never been disappointed by a Timeless Romance Anthology, and I suspect that will always be the case. I can’t wait for the next one!
I received a complimentary copy of the book, which I voluntarily reviewed. I have given my honest opinion.
I was given this book for my honest review of it. “Kissing a Billionaire” is a collection of short stories. I will review each story below as well as a little about what each of them are about.
The Undercover Billionaire by Taylor Hart
In this story you meet Mia Jagger who goes to Casper, Wyoming to covertly evaluate a ranch which is about to be foreclosed for her father’s company. But she fell and hit her head. When she awoke in the hospital she finds out she doesn’t know who she is and why she was on the farm. Ross Charm decides to take Mia home where he lives with his daughter.
I really love how in this book, the billionaire isn’t the male but the female. It was a nice twist of the familiar Billionaire romance stories. This story really reminded me of the movie Overboard, which they actually talked about in this story. I really loved the characters and how Taylor Hart wrote Mia out in not knowing her memory. I though really wanted to hit Ross in the head for taking a stranger into his home. It’s a sweet story that I could really see happen. I so want to know more about Mia’s family in a series, Taylor Hart.

Amanda Wurst has been preparing for months to meet with a group of venture capitalists and get funding for her app. But the meeting was horrible and she was humiliated. After she leaves the president of the company meets her in the elevator and soon takes her under his wing.
This book had me giggle especially when they are at a restaurant. I really liked this story in that a geeky introvert girl got the guy. It had so many funny little quirky parts that are for sure to have the readers fall in love with it. I loved how the character both had faults and it made them so round and believable. What a wonderful story written by Heather B. Moore.
To Hide and to Hold by Sophia Summers
Lake Tahoe never looked so good the day that Chad met Grace. Grace didn’t want anyone to know her life secret that she was really Brillee Grace Townsend the girl that Chad was told he had to marry for his father’s company to buy Brillee family’s company. Will Chad find out that Grace is really Brillee and how will Chad tell Grace who he really is?
This story was really unexpected as it’s unusual to see two Billionaires meeting each other in romance story. I knew who Grace was right away when Chad first met her. I was waiting for the big boom when they finally realized who each other was. It was a wonderful story that kept me turning the page and hoping for more. I would love to see their relationship in future books.

Lauren has built a cosmetic empire and now lives a great life. But the business life has taken a toll and her she yearns to be in her favorite place the laboratory. Carmichael Enterprises has a great tracked record, but is looking for a partnership. When she meets the head of the company it’s self Carmichael. It’s clear he had no intention of continuing her annual charitable donations. Too bad, for her she can’t be partner with his assistant Eric. Eric is smart and very kind. He even visits sick kids in the hospital as a clown. Lauren can not stop herself from falling for Eric but nothing is going to come from it.
This story had lot of twist and turns. I love when she first runs into Eric at the airport. I can’t give anything away because it will take away from the story. It’s a sweet story that has build up and then crashes throughout it. I loved the amazing turns it took and I knew before Lauren what was going on. It’s an amazing story and a really good to check out it.
How to Woo a Billionaire in Ten Days by Danyelle Ferguson
First I want to say that I am a big fan of Danyelle Ferguson books, I have personally read almost all of them at one point. In this story you meet the billionaire Penny. Penny doesn’t think about falling in love and in being in a relationship. But her grandparents dangle a seat on the Wessex Resort board of directors in exchange for her entering the dating scene. Penny of course takes the challenge. Mac is at the resort for a friend’s bachelor party. When one of the rich players flirts with Penny and gets rejected, Mac decides to make a dear with him that he would get a date with her. Each date that is made Mac’s bet fund for his business grows but so does his feelings for her.
So, I just want to say that I love that the billionaire is the female of the story. I read a lot of these stories and it’s almost always the male. So it was nice to see something different. I really enjoyed this story and really wanted it to be a full fledged novel. Please Danyelle, write a full fledged billionaire romance novel for me. I really like how each character was hiding things from the other like a true beginning relationship. It was great story and I have to know…was the bartender always Penny’s grandfather….it never says…

When bachelor billionaire Sterling Westcott hires Keighley Ainsworth for an event in Dublin she jumps for the opportunity. Time alone with her budding crush in a city she’s always wanted to visit? But local planner Brogan Malone soon weaves a spell of his own, making her question everything.
I really enjoy this story and that it was really expecting of what was going to happen. I really enjoy that the characters were well rounded in this story. Sarah really needs knows how to build up the suspense of what is going on through out this story.
All in all this book of collections is amazing and these authors really know how to write romance stories. I can’t wait to add all of them to my collection of authors to read from.
An amazing group of short romantic good paced stories with excellent fun plots. They are all billionaire based romances each by a different author. These clean romances had great characters that were well developed, interesting, had great chemistry including some with a love hate start. I highly recommend this great romantic collection that each ends with their own HEA. I honestly and voluntarily reviewed this ARC.
A great collection of romantic stories by some of my favorite authors.
Not always a fan of anthologies, but I so enjoyed this collection. What’s not to love about hot men with some mula. The stories are different and engaging.
This collection was a mixed bag for me. Each story is PG clean with only kissing involved. There’s also no offensive language.
The Undercover Billionaire –
OK story where the billionaire is the female character. The romance is super fast and moderately realistic. I kept asking myself why no one checked the hotels in the area?
My rating – 3 stars
Be My Plus One –
I liked how this story began and the plot line. I liked the female character and her determination. I also liked the male character. What this story needs is simply more of it. It ended way too quickly thus putting the believability in question.
My rating – 4 stars
To Hide and To Hold –
This was a miss for me. Everything happens way too fast. And the believability for me didn’t exist.
My rating – 2 stars
Bow Tie or the Billionaire –
This was a ho hum read for me. It felt more about Finland and its culture. I also found it way too predictable and the romance too fast.
My rating – 3 stars
How to Woo a Billionaire in Ten Days –
I liked this story probably the best. It had realistic characters that were fairly well developed and a realistic plot. I appreciated the grandfather setting the record straight at the end. I do think the ending is weak and could have been done better, but otherwise, I enjoyed reading this story.
My rating – 4.5 stars
The Billionaire Abroad –
Overall I liked this story. My one surprise is that the billionaire was not a main character and instead was characterized in a negative light. His character is very cardboard and stereotyped which is disappointing.
My rating – 4 stars
Overall rating – 3 stars
I love Timeless Romance Anthologies and I’ve read and enjoyed all but one of these authors before (Ferguson was new to me). This one was not my favorite anthology and a lot of that might be because I’m really not keen on the billionaire rage going on in romance novels right now. Tell me a book is about a billionaire and my immediate response will be “meh” but it doesn’t mean the book isn’t good. It just means I’d prefer something besides billionaires. And I’m also not that keen on insta-love stories in general and novellas almost always have to be insta-love isince they are so short unless it is a second chance story line which is my preference. Despite the billionaires and insta-love I enjoyed this book for the most part.
The Undercover Billionaire by Taylor Hart: This is a classic amnesia romance which is a story line I enjoy. I also enjoy characters that love cooking so two elements here for me. This story doesn’t feel as insta-love though it does happen quickly. I liked Mia and Ross. Mia’s father was very overbearing and orchestrated an Ultimate Gift kind of ending. That seemed like a set up for future books for her siblings but I don’t know if that was the intention. Ross’s daughter was pretty adorable.
Be My Plus One by Heather B. Moore: I felt like this story was just getting going and bam it was over. I wanted to know what would come next. I guess I was just enjoying it too much to have it be over as they were just starting to develop a real relationship.
To Hide and To Hold by Sophia Summers: This one was very insta-love and I wondered at the safety issues involved with how they threw themselves together without much if any hesitancy. I enjoyed their relationship though.
Bow Tie or the Billionaire by Annette Lyon: This was an insta-love but the story had a twist. I could see it coming and sure hoped I was right because no other resolve was going to satisfy. I still enjoyed the story even though I knew right away what would happen.
How to Woo a Billionaire by Danyelle Ferguson: Not sure that I really get the title of this one since Mac had no idea that he was wooing a billionaire but I guess that doesn’t really matter. My surprise in this one was that since Penny had overheard the idiot friends talking at the pool, I kinda thought she had also overheard Mac’s bet with the idiot. Glad her grandfather was smart enough to point out that she essentially had a bet too.
A Billionaire Abroad by Sarah M. Eden: **Spoiler** This story was unique in the book because the billionaire is a secondary character whose existence facilitates the rest of the story. It was a good story but didn’t actually fit under the title of the book since the billionaire never gets kissed. And there isn’t even an actual opportunity for kissing to happen with him. They only have a working relationship even if she has thought about more. He is written to be thought of as a louse but perhaps due to the length of the novella, I never really saw any behavior to show him as such. Mostly it was Brogan talking him down and I’m not sure that it was from actual experience. It sounded more like generalizations about rich people. I think a little longer story might have strengthened the plot with hole fillers.
