After years of playing the field, I’m finally ready to settle down. Rather than waste time with the endless aggravation and frustration of dating, I decide to go through the What The Heart Wants matchmaking service. When the matchmaker pairs me with Scarlett, I’m more than intrigued. She’s smart as hell and incredibly sexy, but too many cheating boyfriends have left her with a singular focus: … singular focus: getting pregnant and raising a child on her own.
I may want a wife and family, but being an absentee baby daddy is a whole different story. Too bad Scarlett is more interested in her pregnancy project than in falling in love.
So now I’m in trouble. I’ve been matched with someone who wants my ability to father a child more than she wants me. And yet I still can’t seem to get her out of my mind.
Valentine’s Day comes once a year, but the Amazon best-selling authors who brought you #ResolutionPact are back at it, and their new The Matchmaker Series is more perfect than a dozen roses! Skip the box of chocolates — it’s time to devour FIFTEEN sweet, sexy, steamy, stand-alone stories set in a shared world.

This was so great. I laughed and felt the charachters emotions
This amazing addition to the ‘Matchmaker’ series is a little different, but really good! The storyline is well-developed witty, funny, and moves at a brisk pace. The chemistry between the characters is off the charts HOT! I loved watching their story unfold – the rebuilding of trust and overcoming the fear associated with losing that trust. Definitely recommended.

Scarlett wants a baby but not a husband and Mason wants a real relationship. They each sign up with Grace Graham’s What The Heart Wants matchmaking service and somehow end up matched. This is a sexy, fun short story and a great addition to The Matchmaker Series.
She just wants the baby without the man. She’s honest and intentional about it even if she’s wrong about all men cheating. She got the right o e with Mason. He didn’t do what She wanted him to do. He made her work to get him. Guess it worked after all.

Scarlett is a wonderful character and you will adore getting to know her and Mason, wow he is otter that anything, yummy potential daddy alert. This was sweet, smexy and totally amazing all the way through, there was no lull just honest to goodness amazing reading.
Oh I loved this! Scarlett and Mason were so sweet and oh so hot! I liked that for the first few chapters it was just the letters everyone was exchanging; it made you understand better. Once Scarlett and Mason came together though, it was just explosive.

Scarlett is looking for a man to get her pregnant and walk away. Mason is looking for a long term relationship that could lead to marriage. He isn’t interested in what Scarlett is proposing. Grace keeps matching them together even though they have told her they’re not compatible. Will they give it another chance?

Book Review
Title: Dear Baby Daddy
Author: Alexis Adaire
Genre: Romance
Rating: *****
Review: This is the sixth installment in the Matchmakers series I have read and this one is different from the others. It follows Scarlett and Mason, Scarlett writes to Grace seeking not a long-term relationship but a sperm donor. All she wants in a man willing to have a no strings attached relationship until she is pregnant then he can do as he pleases. On the other hand, Mason is looking for the complete opposite, so I have no idea how this pair are going to get along.
Dear Baby Daddy is 65 pages of will they, won’t they? We learn very early on that Mason and Scarlett want very different things, Scarlett wants a baby conceived naturally without the relationship with man and for the man to have nothing to do with the child while Mason is looking for marriage, children and to settle down in general. At first Mason rejects Scarlett’s offer to be her baby daddy and the pair become friends. However, Mason can’t get Scarlett of his mind and Mason is everything she is looking for in her baby daddy, so they try and almost pressure the other into changing their minds. When it clear they are both as stubborn as each other and that they aren’t going to change things aren’t looking good, especially when Scarlett bolts after Mason tells her that he is in love with her.
Not long after this Scarlett realises that it isn’t, she is distrustful of men but rather she was just horribly unlucky when she picked her men. In this moment she realises that she didn’t pick Mason, Grace did and with her track record she trusts Grace’s judgement. Racing to fix her mistake before it is too late Scarlett takes a leap of faith and not only asks for a relationship with Mason but to marry him.
In the end I really enjoyed this entry as it is quite different from the other five entries I have read. I really enjoyed the return of the letters, but I loved the communications between Mason, Scarlett and Grace and how they even invite Grace to their wedding as a way of saying thank you for her assistance. Personally, I’d love to know more about Grace and what drove her to set up the agency in the first place and I am aiming to read this entire series as soon as I can.
Adaire turns cheeky into a heartwarming treat. Can a playboy change his ways in time to make all his dreams come true? Will cynical heart, take a risk on finding true love? Dear Baby Daddy endears itself to the romantic at heart.
I enjoyed reading this book very much. It was entertaining and captivating. The twist in the plot gave it an edge. The characters were remarkable. It was so sweet and heartwarming. It was an excellent read.

Scarlett Byler has been burned by the lack of fidelity in her previous relationships. So she reaches out to Grace, the match maker of What the heart wants for a strictly baby daddy, no strings, but the old fashioned way situation.
Who she gets is 32 yo lawyer, Mason Brewer, a decent man who actually wants a relationship and he was excited to meet Scarlett. Until she outlines her lack of expectations.
Can Mason change her mind?
Cuz when he has a baby, he’s gonna want to be around and very involved.

Funny, Flirty & Sexy
Scarlett & Mason are more than words. This story is so funny & flrty & oh so sexy. Scarlett & Mason have both contacted Grace Graham’s matchmaking service but what they want in a match are at complete opposite ends of the spectrum. Their chemistry & witty banter are going to have someone changing their mind about what they wanted when they embarked on this process
The Matchmaker Series is a collaboration of short stories by different authors linked in the same world. Grab some coffee or wine if you prefer. Get comfy and prepare to be romanced into Valentine’s just as these authors know how to do. Swooning!! I love, love, love these short stories of romance with just enough steam to keep it more interesting
