Warning: If you are looking for a sweet, sensitive book with a happily ever after, this isn’t it. It is a totally inappropriate book about a completely dysfunctional family. The F word flies free along with many other curse words. Feel free to get drunk (because the Davenports sure are!) while you’re reading it, and prepare to wet yourself laughing. If sex scenes are not your thing, this book might not be your thing. But, if you have a crazy sense of humor and like raunchy comedies – you’re in the right place. Join in on the craziness of The Crazy Rich Davenport Family.

Between the end of the last book and learning the title of this one, I was anticipating something big to be unveiled, and I was not disappointed! I think I’ve grown into expecting the Davenport drama, and while that was exciting to read, Daisy’s backstory being unveiled was what really surprised me. In a sense, the pieces from the previous books (minus Boos and Booze) that left you wondering are brought together in this season finale. You’re still left with questions right at the very end, but you’re going to need the time between this book and the start of season 2 to process everything. It’s a lot to unpack, and the best way to do that would be to reread the series from the beginning. I received an advanced copy and volunteered to review.
A satisfying conclusion of season one of the Crazy Rich Davenport series. This series is comically entertaining with lots of mayhem, laughter, plenty of twists, and secrets that will be revealed. I can’t wait to see what next season brings.

FUNtastic!
Highly enjoyable as the perfect flow of entertaining twists keep you engaged unleashing a barrel of laughs and tense emotions. Exciting hot chemistry. A no holds barred must read that leaves you scratching your head ending with unfinished buisness wondering if there’s more to come.

This family of davenports crack me up laughing every time I read how dysfunctional this family is,but when the chips are down they pull together . While they find the ledger that Mark left behind and who killed Sarah they also find the rest of the plot . They also find out what the gambino mob family is looking for . Plus we get to learn who the 4 th personality is in daisy . I have to say I think this is one of my favorite set of stories only because I never can stop laughing . 10 stars
We get more crazy hijinks from Yaya and most are at the expense of Daniel and Elizabeth and their guests at Cash and Lucy’s engagement party. Yes, we get some answers, but we’re left with more questions than ever before. I didn’t like that ending, AT ALL, but that’s just because I want to know what happens NOW, lol. I can’t wait for the next book in this crash series.

Totally dysfunctional but highly amusing!! This may be the seventh book in the series but overall this one had me laughing out loud just as much as the first six. The jumps and hoops this poor family must go through to find answers. While some questions are answered others are left wide open. This is a family you will never forget and a series that is a must read.
OMG! I can’t even! These people are absolutely mad & so entertaining!
