One week.
Private beach.
Invisible girl.
Jerk-faced bully.
What’s the worst that could happen?
Kaitlyn Parker has no problem being the invisible girl, which is why she finds herself hiding in various cabinets and closets all over her college campus. Despite her best efforts, she can’t escape the notice of Martin Sandeke — bad boy, jerkface bully, and the universe’s hottest, wealthiest, and most … wealthiest, and most unobtainable bachelor — who also happens to be Kaitlyn’s chemistry lab partner.
Kaitlyn might be the only girl who isn’t interested in exploiting his stunning rower’s build, chiseled features, and family’s billionaire fortune. Kaitlyn wants Martin for his brain, specifically to tabulate findings of trace elements in surface water.
When Kaitlyn saves Martin from a nefarious plot, Martin uses the opportunity to push Kaitlyn out of her comfort zone: spring break, one week, house parties, bathing suits, and suntan lotion. Can she overcome her aversion to being noticed? Will he be able grow beyond his self-centered nature? Or, despite their obvious chemistry, will Martin be the one to drive Kaitlyn into the science cabinet of obscurity for good?

Witty and well written.Penny Reid is a terrific writer!
Loved the book. I loved the main characters, they were different. (did not like the fact that this story is being stretched over three books…?) gonna look before i buy next time.
Good story. I like the author’s ideas.
Quirky lead character but you couldn’t help falling in love with her. Makes you realize how events in your life can have a lasting effect on your decisions, good or bad. Enjoyed the book – great read!
Very short book
I liked this book, good characters, good writer and interesting. good ending, Thank you again for giving me something to do late at nites
I actually really liked this book but the end completely ruined it for me. I get some books have cliff hangers so make for a series but this one just ended in a weird place. It was definitely too soon. And the ending was really out of left field. Didn’t make sense with everything else that had taken place in the book. Good writing. Good …
I love all of Penny Reid’s book. This one didn’t disappoint!
well developed story like with cliff hanger!
Favorite Quotes:
“More precisely, since I had grossly limited experience in the kissing department, he was what I imagined a good kisser would kiss like. The kind girls fantasize about. The guy who just takes what he wants, like he’s hungry and you’re on the menu, but somehow makes it epic for both parties involved.”
“My first and only boyfriend …
Part one, so it leaves you hanging in the middle of the story. But like anything written by Penny Reid, it’s excellent and hillarious. Definitely a new adult novel.
