This MFMM friends/roommates-to-lovers romance BLEW MY MIND with its sweet sexiness. Reading Be Mine was like sinking into spicy candyfloss. There was delicious filth and dirty talk but it was also so mushy and fluffy and SOFT. There is nothing I love more than books that are both erotic and achingly romantic, and this one ticked that box.
It was also FUN in a way that made me giddy. The friendship aspect between four people in a novella could easily be underdeveloped, but each character had such depth and their connections were all so real and varied and lovely. I don’t think the heroes were into each other, exactly, but they were so tight and it was so sweet and their devotion to the heroine made them this… romantic family unit, is what I want to say. Plus, they were all super hot and funny and sweet in extremely distinct ways.
I absolutely adored the heroine herself, but that’s no surprise. She was caring and thoughtful, brave, funny, and real. I loved the hotttt af sex scenes and the adorable moments like all of her men taking care of her during her period. Yes, that happens, and it’s GREAT. IT’S SO CUTE. THEY ALL SPRING INTO ACTION.
***MINOR SPOILERS, CONTENT WARNING AHEAD***
Plot-wise, this book is wonderfully low-angst without losing that compelling aspect that I can only describe as tension (even though things weren’t exactly tense). However, towards the end, there is discussion of an incident where the group are targeted on a night out because of their relationship, and the heroes have to protect the heroine. I liked how this was off-page so it didn’t exactly spoil the safe feeling of the book. Also, they handled it, and rather than being a conflict in their relationship they pulled together to support each other and came out stronger. That felt good to me. But I should stress that I’m not polyam so I’m just talking out my backside here.
***OKAY THAT’S DONE ***
Basically I absolutely adored this book and it’s going in my ‘forever reread’ collection. I got an advance copy from the author but I will also buy it because I love it and I need it synched across my 57 Kindles or whatever.
Loved this roommates to lovers story. I love how it’s culturally diverse and all about the men loving and caring for the heroine. MFMM. Like how they are all smart and nerdy and all a little bit insecure about coming together, but once they do they are a team that lives and loves together. Only wish there had been a pregnancy announcement and an engagement.
She has three male housemates and she needs a date so she asks them. What she does not know is they all want her. Not just for one night. Will they finally get her the way they want? See if they will

Don’t have a date for Valentine’s Day? Don’t worry, this short story will give you three! They’re hot, they’re steamy, and they’re every woman’s fantasy. I recommend Be Mine for anyone who is looking for a quick, sexy escape fantasy about men who cook, clean, and offer great sex.
(Review with spoilers)
First book I read by the author. I loved this romance. It’s a short story, with funny moments, and also very intimate moments. I recommend it.
Ingrid lives with her three friends and feels something more than friendship for them, but she doesn’t believe her feelings will be reciprocated. Until an innocent question makes her discover what Ade, BB and Ye really feel.
I love Ingrid. She feels insecure about her physical appearance. She has never attracted anyone, and she knows she wants something impossible. She doesn’t want to lose her friends, she doesn’t want to break up their friendship, and she doesn’t want them to fight over her. It is better to hide what she feels. But she can’t do it. She wants to love and be loved. She wants to stop hiding. I love that she does it, that she is brave, that she decides to take risks.
I love Ade, BB and Ye. Each one has their own personality, which is reflected in their gestures, in how they treat her, in how they behave when they are alone. All three also have feelings for her, and I guess it wouldn’t be easy for them to talk about it. They wouldn’t want to give her up, but they wouldn’t want to lose their friendship either. It was better to stay away, because they didn’t think she felt the same way. When did they decide that they didn’t have to fight, that they could be together, if she wanted to? Shortly before she talked to them?
I have a soft spot for BB. He’s a tender, nice and caring man.
I love the complicity they have before they start their relationship, and how their romance develops.
I love her first time (and their first time together). It’s very intimate, full of affection.
I also love that they decide to fight for their love, no matter what others think. What they have is worth it.
And one detail that I love is when they say they would like to see her pregnant with their children. Their children. It doesn’t matter who the biological father is. They’re theirs.
I received an ARC from the author, and this is my honest review.
Wow! This story has the layers a reader wants and the depth. Ingrid has a desire that has three guys feeling like their desire is finally coming to fruition. Not everyone is brave enough to take that step but they do. This story challenges tradtional relationships and shows the bounds of love has be defined by those who hearts feel it. Great story!

Though this novella started out as a sweet story about a shy innocent woman and her relationship with her 3 male roommates/renters, it was difficult to imagine she could turn into an insatiable being in so short a time. The story line was also rushed. 3 stars only for decent writing.
