The finale in the amazing journey that Charli…er…Bonita embarked on to learn about her dreaming. Full of intrigue, humor, twists and turns, this book is just so much fun to read! I loved it.
Interesting premise. This is the first book I have read of this trilogy but I didn’t feel lost. Great characters especially grandma. Would like to learn more about her

I have thoroughly enjoyed this trilogy about Charli, who is a Native American ‘Dreamer’, and her journey to discover how to use her talent, and why she is now known to everyone as Bonita.
There are some great characters, apart from Charli, I really liked her friend Elle – an insurance investigator who ropes Charli in to helping her with her cases, Charli’s boyfriend Roger is also an interesting character and I loved her Grandmother who is very down to earth and wise, but also very witty.
Charli is just getting to know her Grandmother, and has dreams about a dead man, when Elle has a death to investigate, which seems to be connected to Charli’s dream, and so she drags Charli away, and between them they try to find out how he died.
The only real complaint that I have is that this really didn’t seem to be the end of a series, maybe the author plans to revisit these characters at a later date, I really hope so because there is plenty of potential for more stories about Charli/Bonita.

This is the third book in the Dreamer Trilogy. Charli and her boyfriend, Roger, meet her grandmother, who is both strange and familiar at the same time. Charli thinks she’s fascinating and feels like she’s finally understanding her heritage, both cultural and familial. While Charli is learning how to participate and interpret her dreams, her insurance adjuster friend Elle needs her help to with another death claim, which is again an integral part of Charli’s dreams.
I love the premise of the story and watching Charli’s evolution across the three books; I only wish there would be more to come. The story is solid and well written, and interesting because it is a departure from other cozy mysteries. It’s always a bonus when I learn something from the books I read.

This was the first book from this series that I read. It was easy to understand the characters and part of their journey up to this book. I was hoping that there would be a few more twists to the story, but I was not able to identify who the antagonist was until the end. That’s always a plus in my book.

Charli Gordon (aka Bonita) is learning more about her family and is on her way to meet her grandmother in New Mexico for the very first time with her boyfriend Roger. At the same time, Charli’s friend Elle has been assigned a case which also happens to be in New Mexico. The insurance investigator must determine if death by gunshot is a clear cut death or something more. Charli gets involved in the case when she begins to dream of the murder victim and Elle asks for her help.
What I really enjoy about this trilogy is learning about the Indian culture and its people as Charli discovers her past, her family & kin, and more about her hidden talent. The series is filled with rich storytelling, multi-dimensional characters, lots of mystery and intrigue, and a fascinating look at Indian dreamers.

The Apache Dreamer Discovers More About Her Calling
This episode builds on the previous books and needs to be read in order. This is a fun series! It is all about Native American mysticism and how it relates to modern crime solving. I am loving it! The only thing I would change would be to make the stories longer. I received this book for free and this is my honest review.
Charli, aka Bonita, is a dreamer. Part Gealic, part 2 Apache tribes, born with a gift for dreaming to a dreamer who could not stop her worst nightmare from coming true.
As she returns to the regions her ancestors come from and explores her family connections, she begins to learn that the sometimes puzzling things her dreams show her can be used as guides – no definitive answers, not possible futures she is meant to change as her mother thought.
She gets a chance to draw nearer to her grandmother, and to continue a journey that is the beginning of a different life adventure with her ranger Roger.
A fascinating journey is so many ways!

I am so sad to see this trilogy end. BOO HOO!!!!
This has been the one of the best trilogies I have ever read!!! I love the Native American dreamer culture in these books. Hopefully this author will consider doing more. I will be first in line if she does.
This book continues with Charli/Bonita meeting her grandmother, helping her friend with a mystery, and learning more about her dreaming.
I admit that I did not always understand the meaning of her dreams myself. Most of them I could see what they were saying as we got to it in the book. This one stumped me a bit with the horse though. Coyote is an interesting character. He actually confused me at one point in the book. Thought he was someone else but I do not think so now.
This is my honest and freely given review. I did receive an ARC book.
