Picking up where the last book left off, this started off a bit slow. Doe was getting used to living in freedom while being haunted by the memory of Master V. She knows he hasn’t given up on getting her back and it’s all a waiting game of when he’ll make his move. Antonio has plans of his own because he agrees that their fight with the Russian isn’t over yet. He’s beefed up security and taught Doe how to defend herself. There’s nothing hotter than torturing someone with the man you love! Mafia Queen was full of suspense, intrigue and secrets. It was about a man willing to do anything necessary to protect his love and his family and a woman who was beaten and degraded and who clung to her inner strength, finding redemption. This story was heartbreaking and beautiful and my only complaint is that I wanted more from the ending.
This is a well written story which had me hooked and intrigued throughout, and is a gritty, emotional , and heart-wrenching read with what Doe had experienced. Antonio becomes very protective of her and the desire to strengthen her to be prepared for the inevitable. After the discovery of her secret childhood traumas and reason for the situation she is in presently, Antonio wanted revenge.
The book has drama, suspense and violence but kept the reader in shock as the secrets unfolded and Doe’s captors was revealed. I recommend reading Mafia King if you haven’t already as it’s a great start to Doe’s story. I would love to read about the chip whereabouts after the transfer.
Mafia Queen is the conclusion to the Royal Family Series. I recommend starting with Mafia Princess, but you MUST read Mafia King before starting Mafia Queen. Antonio and Doe have been through so much….and the conclusion is amazing. Thank you Bella J for the best Mafia series I have ever read!!
Mafia Queen is a dark, intense, gritty, emotional love story The connection between Antonio and Nessuno/Doe was deep and intense. I loved how protective Antonio was over Doe and how he was determined to get revenge against everyone who hurt her. This series had me captivated me from the start and the ending blew me away. I can’t wait to read the next book by this amazing author.
There are some great characters in this book, one character in particular, Doe/Alessia, has an amazing, arc transforming from someone who was completely broken to a strong woman. As one should expect in any novel regarding the Mafia there are some very dark themes running through it. It’s an awesome, and I haven’t read the previous novels in this series and so some of the background for certain characters and situations was missing, yet I managed to enjoy this novel with no trouble at all! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Thrilling ending to Antonio and Doe’s story
I couldn’t wait for this book to come out to see how Doe and Antonio’s story ends. Antonio avenges the men who ever hurt Doe and promises to keep Doe safe. But Doe is living with a bulls eye on her back, and knows it’s only a matter of when before her ex-owner comes after her. Will Antonio’s training save Doe when that time comes? You have to read to find out and will read this in one sitting.
This book was such a sick, twisted story but in a great way that I couldn’t get enough of it.
This book begins right where Mafia King left off, Antonio out for blood. Will he be able to protect his beautiful Queen or will secrets come between them?
Being full of suspense, darkness, and twists really made this book worth the cliffhanger at the end of Mafia King. I can’t believe this is the end of the series but oh what an ending it was.
I really can’t wait to read more from Bella J.
I’ve read a few mafia type romances and I have to say this one was absolutely fantastic! I was immediately drawn into the story of Antonio and Doe. I would put this on the darker romance side it’s not all cute and fluffy bunnies it’s gritty and raw. Doe is “stolen” from her master by Antonio who is the head of a mafia family. Having now fallen completely in love with Doe he’s willing to do anything and everything to give her a life she deserves and all the love she could ever want. This book has some darker themes lots of killing and blood along with abuse and talk of rape. When Doe’s old master decides to take back what’s his it’s time for Doe to find out who she really is and a dark secret from her past. The book was very well written it was the fourth book in the series I was a little lost with some characters because I didn’t read the other books before this but it didn’t affect my enjoyment of the story. Five stars and a great read! – By Tiffany
Doe knew that Antonio was the fire to her ice, and he owned her body and her heart as well and slowly she was starting to heal.
Antonio is determined to make everyone pay that hurt his Queen, she was his he knows that Vadik wants his pretty broken doll back and will do everything to protect her, including not letting Doe know who her father really is, that they are enemy bloodlines, she is the last in her line, the Queen, and he’s the King in his.
Will everything Antonio has done to protect his Queen and make her strong, will everything come crashing down around them, will Vadik get back his pretty broken doll.
Bella J’s Mafia Queen is the perfect ending for this series. Following Antonio and Doe’s story as she goes from a broken girl to a woman who has more inner strength than one would think. I loved reading this book and look forward to reading more by this author.
I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.

Mafia Queen is the fourth book in Bella J’s Royal Mafia Series. You must read King before Queen or your going to be lost. However you too do not want to miss Mafia Prince and Princess. I have loved this whole series and I have read them all in order. Mafia Queen picks up right were Mafia King left off and Antonion is out from blood. You do not mess with his Queeen. However in seeinkg to destroy those that have hurt and nearly destoryed her he has also put a hit on her own life. Now is the time from his to protect as will as teach his beautiful Queen to protect herself too. With Antonio at her side thought she begins to feel stronger and is finally beginning to become the Queen that Antonio always knew that she would be. There are huge secrets too that Antonio has been keeping from Doe and when the time comes will this hurt her or help her to rise from the ashes and destory the one that wants to destroy her all over again. This book is so good and so worth the cliff we had to jump off of at the end of Mafia King. This is the payoff and it is so full of suspense, darkness, surprises and at some points it gets so intense you will find yourself holding her breath. This book gives up the perfect ending to this series and will leave you with a feeling of satisfaction as soon as you emerge from the dark and gritty world that Bella J has created and blown your mind with.

Finally we get Antonio’s queens story! And what a story it is! This book had me hooked. It’s got plenty of drama and suspense, brilliant characters and it had me desperate to know what was going to happen when all the secrets were let out of the bag.
Doe will break your heart. She is extremely easy to like and witnessing what’s she’s been/going through will pull at your heart strings. She’s a lot stronger than she thinks she is but with Antonio there to show her how much inner strength she has, she slowly becomes more confident in herself. I loved Doe, she’s a great character and the perfect match for Antonio and seeing her go from the scared, timid Doe that she was to the strong, fierce Doe that Antonio helps to bring out was the best thing about this book.
Antonio has always been my favourite and this book made me fall for him even more. He’s always had a mysterious, aloof air to him and he’s always intrigued me, I really wanted to get to know him better. The way he cares for Doe won me over immediately and I loved his protective side.
Mafia Queen is another great book in the Royal Mafia series. Antonio and Doe’s story was everything I was hoping it would be.
My…MY…My…. is what I thought after reading the Mafia Queen and let me tell you Doe is the Queen because she has gone through hell and back and came out on top. I love how strong she is and how much of a survivor she is. She was a prisoner who was tortured and raped from a very young age until she was saved by Antonio the Mafia King.
I am so proud of Doe in this book. She shows her inner strength and takes back what she had lost and fought her demons and won. Now brave she is doing everything to stand by her King and support him. I absolutely loved Antonio because he did the right thing and took Doe and fixed her up and stood by her side and made her his Queen.
This is an amazing series you have to read from book one and continue the journey as Doe and Antonio fight the evil that is out there.
Happy, anxious and nervous doesn’t even cover how I was feeling when this book appeared. I was over the moon happy because I wanted to know more.
Bella J has created the perfect series for me to read. As you know, I love to read MC books as well as Mafia books and guess… This series, like the name entitled, it’s a mafia one… And a darn good book…
Bella J is, in my opinion, the Mafia Queen. Her books are to die for and her writing is intense, dark and hot at the same time.
Mafia Queen is her latest release and keeps telling the stories of Antonio and Alessia aka Doe.
But let me tell you something. This book is not a standalone therefore you need to read Mafia King first. But if you really want a perfect inside of this series you should read Mafia Princess, Mafia Prince, Mafia King and finally Mafia Queen.
Trust me that you will love this series. And each cover is even more stunning than the other.
I was so nervous to start this book, nervous because I knew darkness would surround it but we will get some light as well?
Sublime, intense, intoxicated… So many words that crossed my mind once this book was over. After reading the words “The End” I was shaking. I was crying. I was a bunch of stuff at the same time.
I was happy for the way this story progressed but sad because it was over.
Superb plot, super engaging, dark and intense. I can’t describe how much I love this book. How much the story sliced my heart open and glued it back together.
I can’t tell you more because I refuse to spoil but I will tell you one thing. This is, by far, the best mafia series I have ever read. And I do love a good mafia book.
Bella nailed it with this series and this last book was the cherry on top of the cake.
Once I started to read this book I realized that I wasn’t going to be able to stop. So much needed to be said, to be explained that made me read non stop.
I’m so glad for the chance to read this and I can’t wait for more.
Yes, you heard me. More. I want more. So much more.
Oh Bella. What can I say that I haven’t already said?
Nothing. Nessuno… Not a word. Just that you are amazing and an artist.
Thank you for these characters. Thank you for this series. And I can’t wait to read another work from you.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

It was good but I like book 3 way better. This one for me seemed like it just kept repeating the story line. I like how it ended and how it all came together. Sad to see these characters go.
After finishing this book I’m speechless…I don’t have the right words to express how much I loved this story.
When I finished Mafia King my heart was so heavy with sadness with everything that happened to Doe/Alessia before she came to be found by Antonio. Even though some would think methods that Antonio used to make her see how strong she really is were (to say the least) a bit unconventional, it was breathing to see how she slowly started to accept who she was ment to be since the day she was born – a fu**ing Queen.
I love this series – It was full of funny banter, unpredictable people, family loving siblings that have a hard time showing their love and steamy moments that had me blushing like a little schoolgirl. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this series.

This is twisted, dark, romantic, suspenseful & action packed. Doe has the strength like no other woman I’ve ever read about. My heart broke for her & at the same time I was smiling f ear to ear for her. This book is a real page turner from start to end. I didn’t really see it ending the way it did, but it fits.
If you haven’t read Mafia King, stop right now and go read that one first. Mafia Queen picks up where Mafia King left off. Doe/Alessia is finally starting to come out of her shell. Antonio is intent on making her his queen, to rule with an iron fist right beside him.
My heart broke for Doe and everything that she has experienced throughout her life, but the change in her in is like day and night. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED HER. Doe is strong, stronger than most people. Reading about her finding her strength and embracing it is empowering. Of course, it wouldn’t be a book without some drama and suspense.
I was on the edge of my seat and possibly yelling at my kindle at certain parts throughout the story. Mafia Queen gave Antonio and Doe the ending they deserved. I love the entire family so I do hope that we get more of them in the future. Maybe, a story about Lucio.
For anyone who has read this series and loves the Valenti family this is definitely a must read for you. I highly recommend the entire series.
