My brother was right. I always wanted my own Willow Girl. What happened on that island didn’t break me. It twisted me. Corrupted me.Made me into a monster.Although, I guess it’s true what she says. You can’t become something that wasn’t inside you all along. This was always going to happen. I was always going to take Amelia Willow. History and destiny sealed her fate. Sealed both of ours. For … destiny sealed her fate. Sealed both of ours.
For months, I’ve been waiting.
Watching.
Preparing.
And tonight, everything will change.
Because tonight, I’ll collect my own Willow Girl.
Author’s Note: Twisted is a standalone spinoff of the Dark Legacy Duet. No cliffhanger!

This book was just what the doctor ordered and more,i was nervous about reading this and it not living up to Taken and Torn, but phew! I needn’t have worried as this had all the feels and boy did i love this story, all about Gregory and Amelia, and what a story this was,as he just wanted his own Willow girl, and stopped at nothing to make this happen.
This couple were two broken souls and the story telling was intense about how they was both twisted in there loneliness to overcome past events. But together they found each other and the missing pieces that they was searching for,it was emotional and gripping through out with a side order of depraved, but if you like it dark then this is for you.The sexual chemistry between these two characters was off the charts hot!!
Natasha Knight smashed and delivered this last book in the series that is deliciously raw, emotionally compelling,a gut-wrenching discovery in it’s integrity, and a page turner at it’s very best, but you need to read the first two books to appreciate Gregory and Amelia story.
Gregory and Amelia, one moment, one time, endless questions.
Who are you Gregory Scafoni? What secrets do you hide inside of you? And you Amelia what are the demons running around in your head?
Gregory The alpha character I met in the Taken and Torn intrigued me in an unusual way. I knew he was a broken and dark figure, painful and angry. On the other hand, the gesture he made to Sebastian and Helena proved to me that he also has a good, soft, understanding and loving side. and than we have Amelia, Helena’s sister, who is carrying demons on her shoulders.
Amelia has an amazing talent for painting, not just paintings. And in order not to do a spoiler you will have to read and understand for yourself.
What happens when one notebook falls into Gregory’s hands, what are the lies and demons that come out of this notebook?
Gregory, who is still common to his feelings to Helena, understands that Helena is the only drive and the reason why he and Amelia connected to each other. That Amelia is actually the one he need.
Amelia, who understands that Gregory sees her as her sister, does everything to irritate him and knows that she will be punished, but when she feels that she falls in love with Gregory she is willing to go all the way to prove to him that he feels the same way about her.
Gregory and Amelia want a Closure. The plot twists, brings you as a reader to dark places, connects you to the wounded soul of the heroes, slowly the secrets are revealed; gradually an amazing love is built.
Gregory Slowly peeling off the dark layers, Amelia does everything to understand and reunite him into a whole person.
Two people with a broken heart, with an uneasy life unite into one.
Natasha brings us amazing elements through them she connects the two heroes, gives us a closer circle between the two brothers and sisters.
I expected to see a cruel and abusive male figure but I accepted Gregory as I As I wanted. And Amelia is not the quiet, frightened heroine, she is woman who knows what she’s aiming at.
Twisted like the book name, its story that gets into your heart.
Two broken people, two families, twisted family history that actually binds them together. Slow healing process eventually leads to true love.
As I know Natasha, I suspect that this family story is not over. One figure I’m still waiting to hear his voice. Ethan’s story.
Thanks Natasha for an amazing story that I strongly recommends.
Twisted was perfect. Gregory, lonely Greg had me curious when I read Natasha Knight’s Dark Duet, and his and Amelia’s story utterly captivated me.
The way the author approached those two scarred characters touched me. The symmetry of them was astounding, they truly were the perfect match. Their obsession for Helena, their fascination for that faithful night that altered their lives was tangible, their darkness and pain were palpable.
“Memories are a curse. To remember is cruel. And I can’t ever seem to forget.”
I loved Amelia’s fire, the way they couldn’t stop pushing each other’s buttons, setting the rooms ablaze with their incredible chemistry. Jealousy swirls with rage, betrayal with hurt.
Trough raw and beautiful scene, scorching hot and tender moments, the plot unveils at a fast-paced rhythm the last fragments of the twisted truths, when eventually and superbly the story comes full circle.
“This is for us. For him and me. Blood and tears and pain and hate.”
An amazing read! If I could I’d give it a 5++++ stars
I loved Gregory and Amelia’s story!
These two were made for each other.
At first I was upset with Gregory and his treatment of Amelia.
But as I continued to read I came to love him.
Two broken people looking for the place they belong and always feeling like it would never be found.
I cried so much reading this book, I felt like I would never stop. My heart was torn in two for all four of them. I was convinced it would end with me crying ugly tears. I’m so glad it was happy tears in the end.
I wanted Gregory to get his story told as soon as I finished reading Taken and Torn. I’m glad we got it! Gregory and Amelia were a perfect fit for each other, even if neither of them realized it at first. I enjoyed the story, and was glad we got to see a little of Sebastian and Helena again too!
I have to say, Twisted has kept me glued to the pages from start to finish, I loved it! I should also say that I won a copy of it and I haven’t actually read Taken or Torn yet. Did this matter? Actually not at all for me. There are obviously details about the things that happened (in particular the reaping and the events on the island) from those books that I don’t know much about, but I got the gist and these weren’t integral to Twisted. This story was about Gregory and Amelia, who and where they are now, their situation, their pain, their longing and it was their time.
It is dark and twisted as the title suggests, but not overly so. Two characters broken by past actions and situations and what starts as an act of revenge by Gregory, spins his world on its axis when he learns what is inside Amelia’s mind. Their attraction and chemistry is undeniably hot, but these are two people who should not be together….aren’t they?
I may not know in depth what broke these two characters, but Natasha Knight’s writing is so good that I felt every bit of their emotion, pain, anger and fear and loved how they grew to realise they held each other’s broken parts through acceptance, understanding, forgiveness and most of all love.
Fantastic story that has intrigued the hell out of me for what happened before. I’ve seen the future, now I’m going to catch up on the past, Sebastian and Helena, here I come!!
If like me you don’t mind seeing the future knowing you can catch up on the finer details later, then there is no reason why you couldn’t read this first and love it as I have. If you need all those details and intricate bits of knowledge then please read Taken and Torn first. However you read them, enjoy this wonderful authors stories, I can highly recommend this – five stars
Gregory gets his “ Willow girl” ? Amelia thinks she’s breaking out into a world of her own….Gregory is on her trail like a dark knight. This story with its twists , and added info on the evil Lucinda and her dealings with an interesting new crime lord ..and all the sexy, and spine tingly in between make it a sexy and fun read
This was a read clouded in mist, as both Amelia and Gregory were always just a bit to the side. A little not of the norm, but still managing to fit in. Gregory thought he had what he wanted, and then walked away from it. Amelia didn’t get what she wanted and couldn’t walk away from it. Then the fates brought them together, or rather, Gregory decided they should be together
As different as they seem, the more they are together, the more similar they realize they are. The darkness they crave, it is satisfied by the other. The broken pieces are easily arranged when they are together. The ache that life has left within themselves, is soothed when they are together
Their twists and turns compliment each other, and neither was missing out, they just needed to be together
The description for Twisted states that it’s a standalone, however because it’s a spin off from the Dark Legacy Duet, I strongly suggest that you read both Taken and Torn prior to reading this book. You’ll have a much better understanding of the past events and history between Gregory and Amelia.
I liked Gregory’s character in DLD and was excited that he was getting his own book. No matter how bad he acted or wanted others to think of him, I still felt compassion and was affected by his actions at the branding. In the end, Gregory just wanted his own Willow girl.
In Twisted, we get to know the real Gregory. We get to see the broken and lonely man who was always in the shadows of his brothers. I honestly struggled a little with liking Amelia’s character. She came across as bratty at times (although I guess she was kidnapped) and I felt she wasn’t as mature as I would have liked. But overall, she was okay. The chemistry between Gregory and Amelia was intense and could get heated pretty quick. I would definitely recommend all three of these books for those of you who like a little dark in their romance.
I am however wondering if we have seen the last of Stefan? What about Lucinda?
I was kindly provided an advanced copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.
