Barely through page one and this book is hitting all my soft spots. Hal and Adriana’s love is what fairytales are made of. It’s what I strive for when I’m searching for my future.
Oh lord Hugh and Layla made me cry such happy tears!
The Braden men are in a league of their own! Another amazing story from Melissa
A VERY BRADEN CHRISTMAS (The Braden #11) by Melissa Foster is a holiday novella that brings all of the Weston Bradens together for their traditional Christmas Eve celebration. I loved each of the individual Braden romance stories and I love catching up on their lives and children.
Patriarch Hal Braden has carried on the tradition his late wife began of having all the family home for Christmas Eve. They celebrate with holiday activities in town and then have a giant sleepover with everyone in the main living area of Hal’s home. All of the couples are in attendance with their children which demonstrates the bond between all the members of this family. Fun, chaos and love ensues with each couple trying to sneak away for a little “alone time”.
While each couple has a special announcement to make, it is the special movie that Treat has for the family to watch which makes this Christmas Eve unforgettable.
This is a very quick read that packs an emotional punch. I was happy to catch up with the Weston Bradens and was very happy through the tears with the ending. (Keep the tissues close for this ending!) This is a wonderful addition to the series and it is best read after the individual stories because all of the couples can be confusing if you are just picking this up as a holiday read. Like all of Ms. Foster’s LOVE IN BLOOM series books this one is full of family, fun and love.

A Braden Christmas novella that brings us back to the original Braden’s in Weston. A quick holiday read to catch up with our favorite family. Lots of memories and tears as an old Christmas tradition is being kept alive. Told in multiple POV so you know what is happening with everyone. A must read if you loved the Weston Braden’s!
It was great catching up with these wonderful characters again
too short I wanted more
I thought it was great
A Very Braden Christmas (The Bradens Book 11) by Melissa Foster …Thank you Melissa for bringing all the Braden’s back for a visit and update on their lives….I ugly cried at the end but would’t have it any other way… This is a fast read with tears, laughs, catching up, some steam and a tearful but HEA.
What a better way to celebrate Christmas than with a Weston Braden’s Holiday novella. Everything us fans love about this family has come together in this book. The men still can’t keep their hands off their wives, the kids are acting more and more like their parents and some kids are testing the parent’s patience.
There is so much JOY wrapped up in this less the 100 pages novella that I want to tell you, but I don’t want to spoil all of Melissa’s hard work. I will say is If you have read the Weston Braden’s then you NEED to read this.
This story allows the reader to catch up with the Bradens. It makes you feel like you are a part of their lives. It was very enjoyable. I definitely recommend it!
A Very Braden Christmas: There is nothing better than getting to catch up on one of your favorite families. I loved the look into Hal and Adriana’s life and all the love they shared with their children. A wonderful Holiday read to put you in the spirit and remind you that family and love have no boundaries.
Christmas is a time for remembering, family, love, traditions & even tears. This short story hit it all! Melissa Foster gives her readers a perfect Christmas story to catch up with the Braden’s. As you read, you gain insight into their mother & each child’s memory of her. They honor the traditions she started & are bringing their own children up to do the same. The are scenes that made me laugh & some memories that touched me & made me cry. Totally loved this story!
OMG….I loved this novella. What a great way to get us caught up with all the “original” Bradens. I love getting a better look at them and their growing family.
This book was the perfect little sweet Christmas read I was waiting to get stuck into. I adore the Braden’s and as a die hard Melissa Foster fan, The Weston Braden series were the first books that introduced me to her work. Since reading the series I have been embroiled in these characters lives and can’t get enough of finding out about their ‘Happily Ever After’s’ so this quick catch up novella was perfect.
‘A Very Braden Christmas’ is an insight into how the family embrace Christmas and how it’s nice to have those you love around you. It’s a book that also reminisces about loved ones who cannot be present,!the celebration of children and what Christmas can be to them, and the creation and honouring of old and new traditions.
Hugh and Josh have always been my favourite Braden men and this book again just emphasises how sweet they really are. It’s a heart melter.
I’d recommend to anyone who loves reading series and who just wants a quick and light read amongst the chaos of Christmas.
This is the most beautiful book inside and out. I love the cover, but the story could possibly be the most beautiful Christmas story that I have read. If you have read Melissa Foster’s books, you would be very familiar with the Bradens of Weston. This is their Christmas, in today’s time, but as they reflect back in time to when their mother and wife was alive, and they were children. Yes, I was very jealous of their Christmas Eve, and wanted it for myself, but I was so happy to get to spend it with them. I did lots of laughing, while I was reading it, and a few tears, and I am so happy that Melissa took the time to write this novella.
I absolutely adored this short story and spending Christmas Eve with the Braden family who started it all. I loved catching up with some of my favorite couples! I love that they keep the big Christmas Eve sleepover alive no matter how many of them their are. It’s so special for Hal, his children all the grandchildren to continue something their mom held so dear! It was great to see how parenting has changed, or not changed in this case, the incredible love and devotion all of these wonderful couples have for each other, their children and their whole crazy, wonderful family. I laughed, I swooned and I cried. It was perfect!
Loved loved loved this novelette !!!! What a great idea to let us peek into our beloved Braden’s clan and see them all reunited around the celebration of Christmas and their family traditions! A quick page turner story, short but filled with so much love and emotions you are guaranteed to get deeply touched and run for the tissues! I laugh, smiled and cried along the books and I simply adored it! It’s nice to get an update on each of the Braden’s and their lovely little families! I truly hope Melissa Foster will drop another one of those wonderful surprised bomb our way with more novelettes!
A teaser of sorts into a Braden family Christmas filled with love, family, a nosy horse ;-), Christmas past, Christmas present, and Christmas future, but without scary ghosts, just the spirit of one beloved mother, wife, and grandmother. A great intro to the various books if you are new! I received a review copy. I am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
The Braden’s have come together for Christmas. Their mother started the tradition of having a slumber party in the living room. The tradition continues long after their mother passed away. Now it’s a house full of brothers and sisters and grandchildren. They talk about the future and think of the past. Funny but will also have you in tears. I absolutely adored it.
