Two brilliant operatives known as Saul and Drew are drawn together to solve a baffling mystery: Why have ten elderly men from around the world been kidnapped? As the agents investigate they are pulled into a violent cycle of revenge that stretches back to World War II — and is now forcing sons to pay for their father’s darkest sins.
David Morrell’s international thrillers have no equal. From the … equal. From the Vatican to the Swiss Alps, from Australia to the heartland of America, The League of Night and Fog brings together two generations bound by one chilling legacy.

Another original read by a fantastic author. Definite page-turner, with well-researched background and characters.
I enjoy this author’s characters and his writing style
There are a lot of characters in this book which can sometimes get a bit confusing, but the story is very riveting.
not what I thought….jjust a bunch of synopsis’ of events… I thought it was a novel.
Not worth the time to read.
Formulaic. Unbelievable plot. Unbelievable characters. Did not finish it. If I could give it no stars I would.
Too macho/ war type.
I’ll always embrace a story by David Morrell, and the League of Night and Fog did not disappoint
Before Lincoln and Child there was David Morrell. He has slowed down in recent years but his earlier books, like the League of Night and Fog, are well worth reading.
For anyone interested in the Holocaust and Nazi actions, this book is very engrossing. Some slightly implausible plot twists, but the characters move the story along.
Never knew what was going to happen next
We listened to it on audible & we both found it intriguing. Great for conversation when discussing it!
