You can’t plan when you’ll fall in love—sometimes it just kinda sneaks up on you.Todd Foxx was only looking to unwind from the stress of running The Sausage Shack when he went out for an evening of fun at The Big O. After he ended the evening by hooking up with a hot new alpha in town, he certainly never thought he’d see him again.Hugo Keller left his high-profile job as a certified cicerone back … job as a certified cicerone back east and moved across country to take a brewmaster job in Hollydale’s unique beer garden and sausage restaurant. A single dad, his only plans involved giving his young son a place to put down roots and focusing on his new job—even if it was a major step down from where he began. He certainly never expected to see his smoking hot one night stand again.
Can two men—and one precocious little boy—find a way to make a family? As Hugo and Todd slowly journey from lovers to coworkers to friends and back to lovers, they’ll need to deal with an ex-wife with boundary issues, a surprise pregnancy, and mysterious “mill girls” who like to giggle in the night.
Return to the world of Hollydale with a quirky romance full of all the fluffy feels and sweet heat that you’d expect from a Hollydale story. This is the ninth book of The Hollydale Omegas series but is absolutely able to be read as a standalone. This is a 42k novel and definitely contains an HEA. 18+ readers only please! And yes, this book contains M/PREG, adults adulting in sexy grown-up ways, and way more than an occasional use of potty mouth language.

When Todd’s one-night-stand ends up being his new employee I cringed. When he finds out that Hugo is the dad of a precocious little guy I had a wave of second-hand embarrassment for him. His interactions with Simon were fantastic. I got the feeling that Hugo was so used to making excuses for his ex-wife to his son that he believed them himself. I was just as angry as Todd was over her bad behavior. I cheered when Hugo finally grew a backbone. I liked the slow build of Todd and Hugo’s relationship and how they introduced the new changes that were going to affect Simon’s life. The rest of the guys from previous books make appearances giving support and encouragement.
Sausage, beer, hard cider, & lederhosen? Doesn’t get much better!
Welcome back to Hollydale; where the omegas are strong & sassy & sometimes a bit weird, the alphas are protective & hot, the ghosts are helpful, & the kids will steal your heart. Ooh, and the puns are frequent and terrible. I laughed a lot, groaned too. Then the puns got struck in a loop in my head. I loved this book!
This lighthearted tale starts with a bang… literally. Hugo, single dad, wants a night of fun before starting his new job; brewmaster at the Sausage Shack. He doesn’t realize his hook up is his boss. Todd is shocked when Hugo shows up to work. But they try to keep things professional. Simon, Hugo’s precocious 4 year old son, soon wiggles his way into Todd’s heart. An unexpected pregnancy, a ghostly trio, well meaning friends, and a twin brother, all contribute to helping Todd & Hugo become a family. Hugo’s ex complicates things, but our intrepid duo come through with flying colors. You will love this book!
This book stands alone. I do recommend reading the other books in the Hollydale Omegas series . Not only do they set the stage with recurring characters, but they are just the things to keep you upbeat. You will be glad you took the time to enjoy them.
This book contains adult themes and language, mm sex and is intended for mature readers only.
This time we have help from the three mill girls. I kind of wished we had gotten a bit more interaction with them. I like how both of these men are driven and successful and it’s great how their business dovetail together. Another sweet Hollydale addition.

Sweet, adorable and heartfelt! I loved Todd & Hugo!
I really enjoyed this Hollydale story and think it’s my favorite so far! I loved the steamy star, turned no angst, a slow-burn love story. I enjoyed the backward way their relationship grew and the accidental pregnancy added to the cuteness, humor and wonderful sense of family.
I loved 4-year old, Simon! He’s so cute, adorably matter of fact, and just plain perfect! “Remember? You, remember”
I also loved the weird supernatural elements that I keep forgetting are a part of each unique Hollydale story. Luisa and her sisters were mostly cute and a tiny bit creepy.
As sweet as ever, I loved this addition to the Hollydale family!!
