Everyone said our love wouldn’t work. That it was too hard, too complicated, too messy.Oh how I enjoy proving everyone wrong. My men are smart, sexy, sophisticated—and most of all, crazy about me.The only problem is trying to explain that to my big, opinionated Italian family. But after all we’ve been through, we deserve ahappily ever after. And if there’s onething I know about my guys, they always … one
thing I know about my guys, they always
manage to have a few surprises up their sleeves.

OMG Ella Frank cannot write a bad book!! Wow!! Just Wow!! What a conclusion to such a great series. I absolutely loved the conclusion to Robbie, Julien and Priest’s story. Finally, these three have achieved the ultimate happily ever after. I have loved every single minute of this journey with Robbie, Julien and Priest, and although I am sad to see it come to an end, it was the perfect ending for their story. We have traveled with these through the ups, the downs, the scary parts, and the love. And through it all I have fallen deeper in love with these characters. This one has it all…Ella Frank’s masterful storytelling skills, the steaminess between these three, the laughter…hello, Robbie is not the only outlandish Bianchi?? But most of all, it has the love that these three share in this unique relationship of theirs. Oh, and in true Ella Frank fashion, you get those guest appearances by those characters that you love so much from her other books. I must say, thank you, Ella Frank, for sharing these wonderful characters and their stories with us readers, and I hope this is not the last of Robbie, Julien and Priest that we shall see. Yet another great read from Ella Frank.
This book had me in tears on several occasions! Such a perfect conclusion for these beautiful men!
In this book you get to see the softer, more relaxed side of Priest. It’s like a weight has lifted from his shoulders and he feels light as air. The gentleness between Joel and Jules was breathtaking at times; you could really feel the love these two have for each other. Robbie is in his element here as well being the center of attention, and a perfect fit into this amazing triad. I didn’t want it to end, but if it had to then I’m more than satisfied with their HEA. I hope we get to revisit these lovely men, as well as Logan and Tate, in any future books by Ms. Frank!!

Fabulous!
One of my favorite series this year is Confessions from author Ella Frank. I was a little sad when I started The Princess, the Prick, and the Priest, as it is the last book in this series. I just love the characters and was not ready to say goodbye to them! The characters are engaging and so well developed, and the storyline is simply amazing. BTW, in case you are not aware, the series has to be read in order as there is a continuous storyline.
The Princess, the Prick, and the Priest begins six months after Priest, which is the third book in the series. In this story, Robbie, Julien, and Priest are happily living together and getting ready to celebrate Robbie’s birthday. This means Robbie must deal with his parents, who are unaware of his dating situation. Robbie must decide what to do, and he becomes scared of what his family will think. The men have been through so much together, can they handle Robbie’s family? Will his family be the final obstacle in their relationship?
Loved every minute of it!

This book warmed my heart! I love these three fabulous men and I love that this last installment of their story was told in all three point of views. We get all of their story and all of their feels.
Priest, Julien and Robbie are all fantastic characters who we have grown to love throughout this series. I am sad that their story has gone to a close but I absolutely love the ride we’ve been on and this last installment was absolutely wonderful. It’s sweet and beautiful.

4.5 Stars!
The Princess, The Prick and The Priest is the conclusion to the Confessions series and what a captivating one it was!
Robbie, Julien and Priest are finally on their way to their HEA, but first, they need to tie some loose ends and Julien and Priest need to win over Robbie’s big Italian family.
The guys are as amazing as in the previous installments, only now without the baggage from their past, at least for Julien and Priest. Robbie is faced with a part of his past he didn’t want to see again, but it was nice to see how much he’s grown now that he’s part of a loving and caring relationship. The chemistry between them was as electric as in the previous books and the sex scenes were uber hot!
I adored Robbie’s family, especially his dad, and of course, catching up with Logan and Tate is always a treat.
Overall, this was a delightful ending to a fabulous series. Humor, sweetness and very hot sexytimes, combined with an ending that made me shed a few tears of happiness for these fantastic men, what’s not to love? Very recommendable!

This book was soo worth the wait!
Author Ella Frank is superb with giving us readers what we want.
I laughed, I cried, I totally swooned hard for these 3 men who will always be my favorites.
Each man has qualities that you will love & understand why these 3 can’t get enough of each other.
No spoilers about how they get their happily ever after but I will say, you will be pleasantly surprised on what happens.
I just loved it all!

I love love love this series, I have had a soft spot for Robbie since I first met him in the temptation series and wanted desperately for him to find his happy ever after. I have to say that this series has surpassed all of my expectations and will definitely stay in my heart for a long time. As always my emotions were in overdrive and all I can say is thank you for this perfect slice of not only Robbie but Priest and Julien’s forever
It’s been several days since I completed Confessions: The Princess, The Prick and The Priest and Robbie, Julien and Priest’s romance is still at the forefront of my mind. I’ve been waiting for their happily ever after and holy moly, this “ending” is sheer perfection.
“We want you, we want us, and we want forever.”
I love their realness. Their truth. Their love. Their ability to love each other so differently but the same. I love how they complete each other.
Through the course of their romance, they truly made each other better people, happier—truly happy—people. And it was not an easy road. Priest and Julien had to slay the dragons of their pasts so they could truly have a loving, open, honest future. And Robbie has to come to grips with the fact that is wonderful, overbearing family is just what the three of them need in their lives—that unconditional love the Bianchi family brings to their lives.
I absolutely loved this book. The celebration of love and acceptance and finding joy is something we could all use a bit more of in our lives. ~ Missy, 5 stars
The Princess, the Prick & the Priest. Oh these wonderfully amazing boys of Ella Frank’s once again made me laugh. They made me smile. And they even made me tear up. This last look into the lives of Robbie, Julien and Joel was the perfect send-off full of the most incredible albeit unconventional kind of love. But it’s theirs and in the words of both Franks, Ella and Sinatra, they definitely did it their way.
The word that comes to mind after finishing this book is acceptance. To watch as Robbie’s crazy Italian family embrace not only everything their son stands for and believes in but also grabs on tight to the two men who will become his husbands, is such a breath of fresh air. Every hug. Every handshake. Every pat on the back. Every kiss on the cheek. The Bianchi family simply love and as long as their son is well taken care of, then just because it’ll be by two caring men in Julien and Priest, then so be it. I was blissfully happy that such acceptance was there for Robbie and that his new life would be even more rich with all of his loved ones by his side.
With the requisite steamy scenes that Frank is now known for, she clearly ups the ante in this 4th Confessions book. Holy hell, I was fanning myself and often, devouring every delicious word describing these trio’s trysts. They are beyond erotic. And paired with a thoughtful tenderness and you have an ecstasy like no other. You could just feel the love fly off the pages and I was completely enraptured with each and every scene.
Like Tate & Logan before them (who make an appearance or two), I will miss these men fiercely. I have loved getting to know them better and watching their exceptional love grow. I wish them well and hope that someday we might see them again.
But in the meantime, I happily give The Princess, the Prick & the Priest 5 solid stars even though they would all argue they most decidedly deserve more than that.
This is book #4, in the Confessions series. This book can be read as a standalone novel. To avoid spoilers, and fully understand the series, I recommend reading this series in order.
This story checks in to our threesome and where they are in their relationship the summer after they got together. With Robbie’s birthday coming up, he is getting major phone calls from his Mom, wanting him to come home for a visit. He is nervous to bring his boyfriends home and the reception they will receive.
Julien and Priest want to meet Robbie’s family. They are just waiting for him to be ready. With his birthday being the motivation – the plan is set in motion. Can they show him they are ready for forever too?
This feels like a final installment or summary, if you will, of where the men are now. Together, as they should be. I was thrilled to jump back in to our favorite group and see some familiar faces! This was a great read and a good book.
The final book in the four book series, Confessions, did not disappoint. The Princess (Robbie), the Prick (Julien), and the Priest (Joel), an unconventional trio of diverse men who have had their individual stories told in the first three books and then beautifully wrapped up in the final installment with huge bow on top. The heat factor is off the charts and conclusion will leave you giddy with joy.
Every single time Ella Frank closes out a series, it’s a bittersweet occasion. After all, fans and readers have fallen in love with the characters she’s created and while we all want them to get their happily-ever-afters, when the inevitable final book comes along, we can’t quite say goodbye. And here I find myself once again–bidding adieu to three men who have made their mark and made me believe that true love can actually exist in equal measure among three men. I’m always cautious with stories that involve three-sided relationships, and only a rarefied few have been able to make me stand back and think, “Yeah, I can totally see that happening.” In the case of a princess turned bar manager named Robbie, a prick who was renowned restaurateur and chef named Julien, and a priest who was a take-no-prisoners defense attorney named Joel but better known as Priest, a happy ending was well-deserved and very much earned, especially after everything they went through. And you know what? They got it.
If I could have dreamed up my own ending for Robbie, Julien, and Priest, it wouldn’t even have come close to the perfection of the one in this fourth and final Confessions novel. And Robbie was one of those supporting characters who demanded he get a spin-off because he was always so damn compelling each time he appeared in the Temptation series–just like Logan Mitchell in the Exquisite series and, to a slightly lesser degree–because Logan IS Logan–Daniel Finley in the original Temptation trilogy and Dylan Prescott in the Sunset Cove duet. But let’s not forget that Priest, who may have been a latecomer in the Temptation series, because the man was intriguing, and then came along Julien in the same series, and voila! We had ourselves a dreamsome (calling dibs on that word!) threesome, but these three weren’t just about sex–although there is a lot of it and I am certainly not complaining. Their story is about love, friendship, and family and how some risks are worth taking even without any guarantees because they’d regret not taking it. The Princess, the Prick, and the Priest fought for their happy ending and they get it in the best way possible. This receives five-plus stars, and Frank’s Confessions series average the same rating.
Confessions: the Princess, the Prick, & the Priest was like an extended epilogue after all the suspense and drama that we’d experiences with this threesome in the first three books of their story. It was so nice to get to check in on them beginning, and living, their happily ever after.
Confessions: the Princess, the Prick, & the Priest is drama free, angst-free, and really just a wonderful way to wrap up a series that was so hard on the people living it. Robbie, Julien, and Priest had already been through so much, overcome so many things, healed so completely, it was good to see them finally living out from under the clouds they’d been covered by for so long.
I loved Robbie’s family and how accepting they were of his less than conventional relationship. It was also so heartwarming to see how completely and lovingly they brought Julien and Priest into the fold. They both needed that kind of unconditional love and acceptance; I’m sure finally having that kind of unfettered welcome helped to heal the final broken pieces in both men.
Confessions: the Princess, the Prick, & the Priest is the fourth and final book in Ella Frank’s Confessions series. These books are one continuous story told in four installments and must be read in order. The Confessions series is a spin-off from Ms. Frank’s Temptation series, but that series doesn’t need to be read before reading this one. Confessions: the Princess, the Prick, & the Priest is written in third-person limited perspective, alternatively following Robbie, Julien, and Priest’s thoughts.
I love these men, and getting this extended epilogue of their amazing HEA was everything. This being the end of their story and the series makes it that much sweeter. I had tears and a smile on my face the whole time I was reading it. As much as I did love this – and I did – I can acknowledge that this would have been ok shorter. Some of the scenes/chapters felt dragged out and unnecessary. I am looking forward to Henri’s story and everything it promises. Well done Ella!
The Princess, The Prick, and The Priest is the fourth and final novel in the Confessions series by Ella Frank. You can technically read it as a standalone but I do not recommend it. At all. You need to get their full story to fall the hardest for these three men. This book starts six months after the ending of Priest.
Robbie, Julien, and Priest have been together for the last eight months. They have been through so much and are finally able to breath. Almost. There is one more thing to be done. Something Robbie has been avoiding like the plague. And now, it’s time to man up and see his family. And to introduce them to his boyfriends. He isn’t ashamed of their relationship. Not in the least but he is afraid that his family and his men won’t get along. He doesn’t want to have to deal with that kind of chaos. It would be even more chaos than the Italian Family dinner.
I don’t want to spoil anything more about the story. I will say that I absolutely loved every minute of this book. Robbie, Julien, and Priest all have different personalities but what they have in common is their love for each other. The protectiveness. The look in their eyes when they look at one another. The flirty banter. Laughter. Heat.
Overall…it’s the perfect conclusion to this epic love story. I am so sad that this is the end of their story but so happy for them. I felt like I was on the sidelines in their lives together.
Quotes:
“The only thing that’s going to be going down anytime soon is you, sweetheart.” “We’ll see.” Priest kissed his way up Robbie’s jaw to his ear. “Yes, we will. Now sit your delectable ass down while you’re still able to.”
“Want me to sing you a lullaby? It might help you fall asleep.”
“Or induce nightmares,” Robbie said.
“Brat,” Priest growled.
“Even if one of my sisters wants to get in your pants?”
“Well, we can’t hold her good taste against her now, can we?”
If I can steal a word from the prick himself, The Princess, the Prick & the Priest was parfait. This book was the absolute best happily ever after that Robbie, Julien, and Priest deserved.
Thank you Ella Frank for writing these wonderful men, for bringing them into our lives and letting us share in theirs. My heart is just bursting with love for them, and this book couldn’t have been more perfect.
After all they’ve gone through, to get to this point where they are so happy and so in love, ready to spend their lives together, I honestly don’t think I could have asked for more. And I don’t think I could love these three men more than I do right at this moment. I am so sad that their story has come to an end, but oh what an ending it was!
I loved the finale of the Confession Series. Wrapped everything up is a sparkly bow just for Robbie and set everyone onto their wonderful future. Make Ella frank an automatic 1-click and you will never be disappointed! Love Robbie, Julien and Priest so damn much….<3
