A captivating story about love, family secrets, and self-discovery. I finally followed the life I always dreamed of. All of the pieces fell into an easy path, but the illusion of perfection hid the pain I was still carrying. Until I met him. They say when you cross paths with a twin flame, everything changes. Matthias proved that to be true as he stripped me down, removing the illusion and baring … true as he stripped me down, removing the illusion and baring every single truth I refused to look at.
He was the love that could deconstruct my patterns. If only I could accept that the one lie I’ve believed my entire life is the only truth.

Are you able to fall in love when you are trying heal your soul. Navia takes you on her journey of healing while finding her twin flame in Matthias.
Favorite quote: “Even gray brings color into some people’s lives.”
Emotional – Endearing – Powerful
This is on a completely different level than what Francisco normally writes
For me, this was a raw and at times very emotional read
Navia –
We share her journey as she strips her sense of self down to the core- almost a place of primal being – and slowly rebuilds her self love – confidence – and gratification – until she finds the woman she was truly meant to be
I do not want to give away anything – I believe that each of us we will come away with something different from this read –
I will say be prepared to laugh, to cry – to find that you pause for a moment and reflect on your own self –
Yes, it is that powerful – that beautiful
This is not your run of the meal romance. But then again coming from this author you should never expect it to be run of the meal. This is the type of read that makes you take a step back into your childhood and re-evaluate. This author takes us through her story about healing and forgiveness for years of physical and sexual abuse throughout generations and makes it personal for us. Before these two can be together they both have to take their path of healing. They are that special couple with that bond that is rare and special. They have what others wish and pray for, and they realize the beauty of the gift. The letter she wrote to herself in the book just broke me all the way down to my toes. Yes it’s just a book, in my heart and head I know that but when the story gets too close to your truths or lies and you get the feels, don’t say you haven’t been warned.
I was very conflicted about my feelings for this book, so I’m splitting it down the middle with 3 stars. When I read a book, I need to be able to feel that the author put themselves into the words that they write and I definitely felt that here.
What I didn’t care for was that there wasn’t very much dialogue which made me kind of feel like I was reading a self-help book. The character Navia was a writer and some kind of therapist I think. It never really came out and said what she did. She met Matthias after work one evening and knew that he was her twin flame. The book talked a LOT about that kind of thing, which I am not one to believe in. I loved the character of Matthias, but we didn’t get to know anything about his background at all. He was just there.
This was a very long, boring, and extremely slow read for me and one that I would only recommend to the right person.
All My Truths & One Lie was story that gave me mixed emotions. I felt the authors passion for the words they wrote but the characters lacked depth and background. Although Mathias was my favourite character in the story I really wanted to know more about him. Overall there were many emotional parts to the story that got me but I wasn’t completely pulled into the story.
