From New York Times bestselling author Meghan March comes the stunning conclusion to the Forge Trilogy. In this final volume, ruthless billionaire Jericho Forge faces his toughest challenge. To emerge victorious, he’ll have to give up the one thing he’s never offered a woman – his heart. It started as a game. She was nothing but my pawn. But I was quick to see the error in my ways, and now she is … and now she is everything I never knew I needed.
The value of a woman like India Baptiste is beyond measure.
But the problem with being a man like me? I’ve already screwed this up, and there’s no guarantee India will take me on for one last bet.
I’ll do whatever I have to do. Drop to my knees and offer her the only thing I have left. The one thing that’s only ever been hers – the heart of the devil.
The Forge Trilogy is now complete! Heart of the Devil is the third book of the Forge Trilogy and should be read after Deal with the Devil (book 1) and Luck of the Devil (book 2).

Heart of the Devil was everything I wanted it to be. We finally get answers to all of our questions and there was a surprise twist I didn’t see coming! When book two ended India didn’t know who took her husband. She was determined to get him back and she didn’t stop trying until she found him. Their separation made them both realize how much they meant to each other. Jericho showed tremendous growth in this book and India showed great strength and determination. I never thought she was weak, but this book made her my hero. The Forge trilogy is one of my new favorites. I loved the strong main characters, the suspense aspect of the story, and the hot sexy times. I will definitely be telling all of my reading buddies about this series.
********* AUDIOBOOK REVIEW *********
This is the type of book that you want to rush through just to hear everything, while at the same time, you never want the book to end so you try to listen as slowly (and quickly) as possible… yeah it’s impossible to rush through like I wanted while still savoring every word. Meghan March seems to always give us strong and vibrant characters but India Baptiste and Jericho Forge are currently sitting high on my favorite characters tower.
God I love a good story where a woman can be strong and have an alpha personality herself, while her man still treats her delicately, like glass. Indy is a strong and fierce partner for Forge but he still accepts her, wants her, even when she’s more women with emotions bare. Forge still respects her for that. We might have two powerful and rich alpha main characters but they both show us what love and a broken heart can do to everyone… it can bring us down to one angry, hurt person ready to set the word on fire! It can also make us fierce and ready to tear the world apart for your partner. I loved, I respected, the relationship Miss March gives us with these two. The love is strong; their loyalty is fierce even though it was all built on lies and secrets.
Meghan March wove a tale full of suspense. I found myself drowning in her words. Struggling to figure out what truths were real. What secrets had secrets? March created a staggering conclusion that left me feeling winded… as if I had run through the entire trilogy from start to finish. My mind raced with so much confusion… shock… betrayal. I can’t believe how much emotion March put into this series. I felt fully invested in these characters and was truly shocked with the surprising ending! Meghan March’s writing feels epic and so original.
Erin Mallon showed so much talent… I felt like I was right there next to her rushing around searching for my man with a blood-soaked dress. I felt the drama and heart palpitations living in the moment right with Indy!! My heart was racing and I could not listen to this story quickly enough! Joe Arden was a dazzling Jericho Forge. He shows this limitless energy and this brogue that gave me chills and captured Forge better than even my imagination could conjure up. Mallon and Arden are expressive and engaging, everything you want from a narrator. I could feel the enthusiasm and adoration for Meghan March’s story in every word they uttered. These two have added a pulse to the series… infusing each word with color and emotion.
I received a complimentary copy of this audio book with the hope that I would leave an Unbiased Opinion. I was not required to leave a review, positive or otherwise, and my opinions are just that… my opinions.
Loved every page of this series! Indy is just so perfect for Jericho, she is not afraid to call him out on his bs. There is one thing Jericho is lacking in his life, and that’s love, until he meets Indy. These two have quite an adventure in this series, there is plenty of ups and downs, truths and lies. Meghan March is one of my favorite writers, not only do her stories pull u in at the first page, grip ur heart but every single series seems to get better. She works hard at giving us the reader a piece of herself in each book.
I received an ARC in return for an honest review. I really loved this trilogy. Meghan really knows how to draw you in a make you love these characters. It doesn’t matter what book she wrote I cannot put it down and always finish it in one sitting! Jericho and Indy are up there with my favorite romance couples. I was so anxious for the final book so we could get some closure and boy did we! I would have never guessed who the real enemy was! I’m just sad that it is over. What’s up next Meghan March?!
Meghan doesn’t hold anything back in this final installment in the Forge Trilogy! She drags us right into the thick of it as this book picks up right where Luck of the Devil left us hanging. There’s twists and turns galore, and plenty of guessing as to what happened to Jericho.
Indy is one kickass heroine! So many things get thrown at her but she takes most of it in stride. I say most because she is still a woman who has very intense, deep feelings and some of the things she has to deal with would bring any woman to their knees for a bit. And Jericho…man he is just alpha swoon in every possible way!!
This last book keeps you guessing until the very end on who can be trusted and who needs to be taken care of (if you catch my drift…) This book is classic Meghan with its revelations and bombshells, its emotional rollercoaster and its push and pull between the Hero and heroine. As usual with her books, I couldn’t put it down, glued to the pages until I turned the very last one. Another amazing trilogy!! I can’t even imagine where Meghan is going to take us next!
