This is a standalone novel and in the Marriage Raffle Series. Books in the series include:
Theirs to Protect
Theirs to Pleasure
Their Bride
Theirs to Defy

This book stands out for me, because it not only has great characters but also great plot building. This one in particular in the series because the heroine is feisty! No holds barred writing! A very different RH story…
This talented author has written another intriguing reverse harem romance, although it is slightly different to the previous books, I will admit that I really enjoyed reading it.
This book is set in a post-apocalyptic world and is about a strong-willed female (Drea) who is determined to save the women at the all women island of Nomansland and will do anything to ensure this happens, and the five men (her nemesis: Eric, David, Garret, Johnathan & Dr. Billy), who are involved with her. Each of these men has a history with some issues and problems of their own.
What you will find in this book is: suspense, some drama, intrigue, twists & turns, some humor, adventure, action, danger, enemies, bikers, slave trade, drugs, violence, threats, assassination, secrets, anguish, insecurities, conflict, memories, emotional feelings, revenge, mutilations, guns blazing, rescues, deceit, betrayal, retribution, attractions, verbal conflict, anger, repercussions, love, lust, passion and steamy scenes.
The characters are quite well-developed with individual personalities which results in verbal conflict /verbal confrontation, at times they entwine fairly well with each other, and react with varying emotions to the situations they find themselves in. The story-line is well-thought out and written, there is also a tantalizing glimpse of the next book. I would recommend this Reverse Harem Romance to people who like to read this kind of book, I doubt that you would be disappointed in this book.
Oh my. Drea has to be my favorite heroine by far. She was so strong and just the way she took charge of everything was amazing. Even when her back bone was sting she still let the guys in. It wasn’t easy for her but watching it showed her real colors. Add in the action and suspense this story is my favorite so far. I can’t wait for more. There were some editing issues that annoyed me. I am bad with that stuff so for me to get confused with misplaced quote marks…. they were easy to see. 4 stars #2OCCJD
This is the long awaited story of Drea, who tried to protect women until their safe place (Nomansland) was compromised and she was reluctantly rescued by Eric. This is book 4 in the Marriage Raffle series, and you will probably want to read the first three to catch up on the plot. All are reverse harem, and set in a Dystopian world. Drea is finally showcased & we can see what she is capable of (and it’s a lot!). What I liked about this book: the author has taken great pains to construct the world where these stories take place. It’s also long enough that she can develop the characters (it takes time to establish 6 main character identities), as well as advance the overall plot. I like the themes running through this series, and its relevance to current times. What I didn’t like: some of the sex scenes felt unnecessary. This is complete personal preference-but the plot is strong enough on its own in this one. The RH seemed more political in this one. I also felt that them 5 men collectively equaled Drea. Her actions, strength, and beliefs completely dominated the men. Looking forward to the next instalment.
I am voluntarily leaving my opinion of a review copy of this book.
