He’s sexy and swoony and completely unexpected. It was supposed to be a weekend celebrating my freedom. But everything about this man feels like forever. And I just walked away from forever.Natalie
Recently divorced? Check. Trust issues from ex-husband? Check. Meeting my soulmate on a plane to Cancun? Not what I expected.
This bachelorette weekend was all about letting loose and having fun, not … all about letting loose and having fun, not finding the man of my dreams. Guess you can’t pick when you find your soulmate. Oops.
I’m not ready for another commitment, but Parker drives me crazy. One wild weekend in the tropics later, I’ve found Parker’s the man that stands out from all the boys I’ve had before.
But can we really last once this trip is over? I have my doubts, but Parker wants to take our relationship sky-high…
Parker
I’m not a guy that likes to get serious. Flings are more my thing, and I know exactly how to satisfy any lady that crawls into my bed.
But Natalie offers something more, and with one look at her, I know this bachelor’s getaway just became a romantic quest to chase down the girl of my dreams.
We’ve got a strong connection, but Natalie’s trust issues have forced us to remain distant. I could never break her heart like her ex did. And I’m about to prove it. In all the right ways.
The party’s just gotten started, but what Natalie and I have…it’s forever.
I just have to convince her of that.
The first novel in the Easy Street series, 7 Miles High is a contemporary romance of finding your true love on a plane, then never letting them go. Adventurous, funny, and full of heart, this love story by author Leslie Pike will have listeners flying into an emotional roller coaster of passion and new beginnings.
Author’s note: The first part of this story was featured in USA Today best-selling Spring Fling Anthology. This story has been re-edited and lengthened to include a full HEA and lots of extras.

I have been needing more of these two ever since reading their story in the Spring Fling Anthology. Thank you thank you Leslie for delivering!!
I was instantly hooked from the beginning with Parker and his friends fun banter. I enjoyed getting a peak into all the friends and their fun times together. As for our leads Parker and Natalie, phew their chemistry is off the charts! I love how hooked Parker was at first sight of Natalie, and they fit so well together right away. His protectiveness, and over all charisma was everything! He absolutely had me swooning over him, and woah baby he does not disappoint in the bedroom! Natalie had been hurt before which leads to some trust issues along their way, but once again Parkers determination is to be admired. There relationship is long distance and it was fun to see them bounce back and forth, and I really enjoyed hearing from several past characters on Leslie’s in the stuntman and acting field. Catching up with them is always fun and the glimpse into that world is so fun!!
I definitely recommend this book
I first read part of Natalie and Parker’s story when it was part of The Spring Fling Anthology. This is a extended story. Natalie and Parker meet at the airport on their way to Cancun. Natalie and her friends decide to hang out with Parker and his friends there is a lot of flirting and banter going on between both parties. The chemistry between Parker and Natalie are explosive and when these two get together it’s extremely hot and steamy. What is suppose to be just a vacation fling turns into a long distance relationship when Parker shows up at her friend’s wedding and convinced her to give it a try. Natalie has trust issues from a recent divorce but decides to give it a try. Love the story of these two as they try to make a long distance relationship work as ex’s appear and obstacles get in the way. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was some of the cheesy banter that went on when they were have got sex. My favorite part was the epilogue I could picture it and it came from one of my favorite movies too.
I received an ARC and volunteered to leave a review.
“You can’t choose when you meet the one. Sometimes it happens 7 Miles High.”

Should I keep going? … LOL
Listen! You guys! This was such a ridiculous feel-good story. From beginning to end. I mean even thru the conflict it was FUN! STOP THIS MADNESS! LOL I’m jumping out of my skin right now because I want to tell all the things to everyone. Like the chemistry between everyone. The sparks between Parker and Natalie were so unassuming, they just sparked like best of best from the start. And this story! So well done! Sometimes, I refer to romance stories as Easy Like Sunday Morning … do you guys feel me with that? That’s this book! I wish I could read it again and re-meet every single person in this book for the first time! I cannot wait for more feel-good shenanigans from this group!
You can never go wrong with anything from author Leslie Pike. In 7 Miles High we get two main characters who are not looking for anything serious and yet find an unexpected connection where they least expected it. Natalie is just out of a relationship where she was hurt deeply and is not looking for anything serious. Trust does not come easy to her. Parker was sweet, charming and just plain likable. They had great chemistry and I just loved their banter. But what happens when they need to go back to real life? 7 Miles High by Leslie Pike was fun, charming and steamy!
Happy reading!
7 Miles High was a fun, sexy, flirty read about 2 people meeting on the way to Cancun. Their intentions were to have a fun, sexy, very enjoyable vacation without any strings. Well that’s what it started out as, but it turned into more.
I really enjoyed this story very much! I can’t wait to read more of the Easy Street series!
I loved this story!
4 STARS
7 Miles High is a fun, flirty escape from the craziness of the real world right now and just the book I needed.
Parker and Natalie first meet in the airport on their way to Cancun. Parker is with his buddies and Natalie with her girlfriends celebrating a bachelorette party. Parker was the sweetest during some turbulence that had Natalie freaked out on the flight. His sweetness turns into instant chemistry and they hook up immediately after their first night together. I couldn’t get enough of their flirty & sexy banter.
After their short trip the two have their work cut out for them as long distance relationships are never easy.
My only hang up was Natalie’s trust issues. She had been burned by a previous relationship and she unfairly accused Parker due to her ex’s actions. I found her actions to be on the immature side at times and Parker suffered because of this.
Brian Pallino and Erin Mallon’s voices make the perfect Parker and Natalie. Their animated voices bring these characters to life and kept me engaged and listening the whole time.
Overall I loved the story and highly recommend it for those looking for a sweet, sexy read/listen.

Parker and Natalie bring into focus the beauty that is Leslie Pike. 7 Miles High is a lively, saucy, sizzling, colorful, captivating firework. Personality becomes a living, breathing thing, that touches all the feelings of the heart. From laugh out loud to down and dirty romance, Pike turns unpredictability into a fabulously, intoxicating work of art.
The chemistry between Natalie and Parker is sky high! I’m not sure I would have handled “the issue” so graciously but it works for them. The POV switches flowed seamlessly especially with male and female voices narrating! Very entertaining with the perfect ending!
4* Stamina Man Stars
I was first introduced to Parker and Natalie in the Anthology Spring Fling and loved their novella and was excited when Leslie decided to write their full story. We are introduced to Parker and Natalie when they are at the airport waiting to board a flight to Cancun each travelling separately with their friends, the boys to celebrate a “break-up” bachelor party and the girls to celebrate a bachelorette party. The banter between Parker and his mates and Natalie and her friends was so flirty and funny. When Parker and Natalie are seated unexpectedly together on the plane, their connection is instant.
Once they all arrive in Cancun it becomes one big weekend of partying and fun. Parker and Natalie were so well suited, and their chemistry was off the charts sexy. Unfortunately, the fun had to end when they departed and went back to their respective cities. Together they have to learn to navigate how to make their long-distance relationship work as Parker is a Stuntman and travels a lot from one location to another and Natalie is very busy in her real estate job. Added to this Natalie has trust issues as she has recently divorced due to infidelity.
I loved how gentle and caring Parker was towards Natalie and how he managed to slowly break down her walls and gain her trust.
The Epilogue was such a fantastic way to end their story and I was smiling and feeling so happy for them.
This is a sweet, fun, flirty, sexy, and heartwarming romance. Parker and Natalie are great characters. Parker is handsome. I love his determination. Natalie is lovely. They share an instant attraction/love. I loved it. Erin Mallon, and Brian Pallino did a great job with the narration.
This was a great wonderful read about Parker and Natalie. Even though their circumstances were unusual, they couldn’t have met at a more perfect time. Their relationship was a bit rocky but Parker was determined to make it work. Their chemistry was off the charts. Loved their interaction and banter. I couldn’t stop reading until I finished this sweet, steamy, beautiful love story. Loved this story and I can’t wait to read more by Leslie Pike.
3.5 stars
When Natalie and Parker meet and the attraction is instant, they know it’s just supposed to be some no strings fun. She’s coming out of a divorce from a cheating ex, and Parker just isn’t ready for more. But what happens when they can’t get each other out of their minds?
While entertaining, I have to admit this story wasn’t necessarily one of my favorites because I didn’t find Parker and Abbie’s connection to be strong outside of the physical. Plus, Parker was really ridiculously stubborn about understanding Abbie’s very valid concerns about his relationship with his ex. She had been cheated on previously, so naturally she had issues trusting. Parker’s very outside of the boundaries of good sense behavior with Nia was definitely not acceptable and the fact that he refused to understand and agree with Abbie’s feelings turned me off him. I liked Abbie, though, and their physical chemistry helped the story along.
