He’s sexy and swoony and completely unexpected. It was supposed to be a weekend celebrating my freedom. But everything about this man feels like forever. And I just walked away from forever.Natalie
Recently divorced? Check. Trust issues from ex-husband? Check. Meeting my soulmate on a plane to Cancun? Not what I expected.
This bachelorette weekend was all about letting loose and having fun, not … all about letting loose and having fun, not finding the man of my dreams. Guess you can’t pick when you find your soulmate. Oops.
I’m not ready for another commitment, but Parker drives me crazy. One wild weekend in the tropics later, I’ve found Parker’s the man that stands out from all the boys I’ve had before.
But can we really last once this trip is over? I have my doubts, but Parker wants to take our relationship sky-high…
Parker
I’m not a guy that likes to get serious. Flings are more my thing, and I know exactly how to satisfy any lady that crawls into my bed.
But Natalie offers something more, and with one look at her, I know this bachelor’s getaway just became a romantic quest to chase down the girl of my dreams.
We’ve got a strong connection, but Natalie’s trust issues have forced us to remain distant. I could never break her heart like her ex did. And I’m about to prove it. In all the right ways.
The party’s just gotten started, but what Natalie and I have…it’s forever.
I just have to convince her of that.
The first novel in the Easy Street series, 7 Miles High is a contemporary romance of finding your true love on a plane, then never letting them go. Adventurous, funny, and full of heart, this love story by author Leslie Pike will have listeners flying into an emotional roller coaster of passion and new beginnings.
Author’s note: The first part of this story was featured in USA Today best-selling Spring Fling Anthology. This story has been re-edited and lengthened to include a full HEA and lots of extras.

Parker and Natalies’s romance consumed me from start to finish. Two strangers meet on a plane and have a romantic fling in Cancun. The sparks flew the minute they laid eyes in airport and you can guess what happens next. There’s a perfect mixture of drama, steam and even laughter to make this a terrific story. One to certainly be added to your must read list.
It’s Fate!
Natalie & Parker meet when they are both on their way to their friends “not so bachelor” and bachelorette party (separately) in Cancun.
Natalie has been burned in the past and is not looking for a relationship. While away they are so drawn together. Can they leave it all in Cancun or will they continue the ride?
I loved this story!! You may remember the beginning of their story in Spring Fling. This is the extended version. This story is sweet, passionate, hot and swoony.
It’s Leslie’s best book yet!
LOVE IT!
This is the first book I’ve listened to (or read) by Leslie Pike. I would recommend it to those who really like jumping right into the steamy scenes. The first 75% of the book was heavy on the steamy scenes actually. It was relatively low angst and the epilogue was actually really sweet. The book is a stand alone, though at times I wondered if it was related to another series.
I listened to the Audible version. Brian Pallino and Erin Mallon did a great job with the narration and bringing the story to life, complete with a few bars of drunken singing.
I received a copy of this audiobook at my request. The opinions here are my own.
***** AUDIOBOOK REVIEW *****
I’ve had this audio for months and finally had the time to listen to this gem! Why could I not get to it sooner? I’m seriously kicking my packed schedule! Do NOT make my mistake, listen now!
This was a super fun book but was packed with all the happy feelings. I loved the beginning starting with the bachelor and bachelorette party and all the characters took on a life of their own! I enjoyed Natalie and Parker so very much!
These two narrators are two of my favorites. Erin Mallon is one of my top 5 female narrators… she’s just the BEST! She has this classically soft voice that sounds girly and great! Mix her amazingness with Brian Paulino was a fabulous call. He’s deep and hard while still sounding approachable. It’s a total hit!!
This was such a fun, heartwarming and sexy romance! What seemed to start out as a wild, tropical vacation filled with hot, ‘no strings’ passion, turned out to be so much more. Natalie and Parker meet on a plane headed to Cancun with their friends. They connect instantly and their chemistry is explosive! They can’t get enough of each other passionately and are surprised how much they really enjoy each others company. When the weekend is over, Parker doesn’t want to let this fun, smart, and sexy woman go. They may live hours apart, but Parker convinces Natalie to give them a chance. Natalie has been burned by her cheating ex husband. She wants to have fun, work on her career, and herself. She isn’t looking to jump into a relationship. But Parker is charming, confident, and protective, a killer combination she can’t resist. But what happens when time and distance are hard to overcome at times. Can their love survive when old insecurities and trust issues come between them? Ms. Pike did a great job portraying life with all it’s complications, joy, heartbreak, and pleasure. I loved all the authentic emotions she made me feel in this sexy story of hope, healing, and finding true love.
I loved the performances by narrators Erin Mallon, and Brian Pallino . They portray each character with a perfect balance between fun & flirty, heartbreaking emotion, and sizzling passion flawlessly. They work so well together, conveying so much emotion in their performances, that they make this entertaining, and sizzling romance even more captivating.
Parker and Natalie meet on a bachelor-bachelorette weekend in Cancun…the pair immediately hit it off and spend a hot and steamy weekend together. The chemistry is scorching and soon they become a couple and are enjoying the new relationship bliss. Of course there is some ex drama…on both sides. Can the relationship survive Natalie’s distrust after being cheated on by her ex?
Good story with some drama, some funny moments and lots of steam.
What a super sexy light read. More lust at first sight, rather than love at first sight between Parker and Natalie (neither want commitment, only some short term fun). Of course that all goes out the window when they discover they actually like each other, have a connection and are so so compatible in the bedroom. A girls hen do meets a lads ‘anti’ bachelor party at the airport enroute to Cancun, and what a fab bunch they all are. Fun and frolics on the beach, in the bar and most definitely in the bedroom. It would appear though, that Parker and Natalie need more than just a few days, and herein starts a relationship of sorts. Can Natalie get past her trust issues though? Oh, and did I mention that Parker is a stunt double in action movies, he’s also super sexy, and he’s an all round good guy. I loved him. A sweet, addictive romance narrated perfectly by Erin Mallon (who I love) and Brian Pallino (new to me narrator, and believe me, I need to listen to more of his sexy rumble). Highly enjoyable, easy read, I’ll definitely be reading more Leslie Pike books.
Can a fling that started in Cancun turn into a serious relationship? Natalie has trust issues due to her ex husband’s cheating. Can Parker make a long distance friendship turn into more and make it work? When Natalie and Parker get together the sex is explosive. Leslie Pike story is fun, sexy and a steamy listen.
Erin Mallon and Brian Pallino are wonderful narrators. They both made it a fun story to listen to. I was gifted this audio and offered my honest review.
7 Miles High
Easy Street
By: Leslie Pike
Narrated by: Erin Mallon, Brian Pallino
Do you believe in fate? After listening to this, I do! Natalie and Parker meet on their way to Cancun. A bumpy flight, a little talking and letting go for the weekend may just be enough to realize their soulmates! Or does it? Natalie has been burned before, so just enjoying each other is enough for her. Parker on the other hand, realizes what he’s got. Can he help her to love and trust again? Talk about swoony! Parker is all that and more. He is good looking, considerate and has that warmth about him that grabs you. Natalie is hesitant, and understandably. Their banter is fun and flirty, the story flies by and just makes you feel good. It’s one of those books you finish and find yourself smiling.
The narration by the team of Erin Mallon and Brian Pallino is wonderful. Each brings a voice to the characters that fits them perfectly. Mallon brings Natalie to life with her comedic timing and her conversational sound that makes the story so comfortable to listen to. Pallino brings the essence of Parker out with his voice, giving him that understanding tone and that flirty, romantic sound. Loved this team as they read me this one!

Parker and Natalie meet at the airport before boarding a flight to Cancun for bachelor/bachelorette parties (not their own). A turbulent flight turns them from just meeting to surviving the craziness in a instant. I could not get enough of the pair of them or their friends and I laughed quite a bit, which I needed. I always look forward to Leslie Pike’s books and this one did not disappoint.
The story of Parker and Natalie begins on a trip to Cancun. Each of the trip and their friends attached to different weddings in vastly separate ways. The passion flares fast, hot and heavy. The fling becomes more. The drama is tied to Natalie’s failed marriage and to Parker’s past girlfriend. The story is easy to read, well written and enjoyable.
I received an ARC in a contest and am voluntarily leaving my honest thoughts on this book.
What a fun book that was packed with all the feels. I loved the premise of the book starting with a pseudo bachelor party and a bachelorette party and then the characters took it from there. I really felt like I could relate to the characters and their thoughts and actions all while the story had a great flow that made it easy reading.
Natalie and Parker meet as they are both embarking on a Cancun Bachelor/bachelorette weekend. They have an instant connection. Then reality hits. They live away from each other, this won’t go further than the weekend. But what if it does and it can? A very cute story and the inferences of the other couples throughout the story line has me intrigued as to what is next!!
I’ve read books by this author before and I really enjoy her style of writing and how this author writes.
Natalie and Parker first meet each other when they are at the airport about to get on the same flight and go to the same destination. They are both going on holiday separately with there friends and
Natalie is just getting out of a not so nice relationship and is just going through a divorcee and finds it hard to trust men after her ex husband really hurt her. She has has had enough of relationships and is giving up altogether. She has decided to not take any more crap and be strong for herself and be the woman she wants to be.
Parker is a sexy, hot and beautiful man who knows what he wants and who is looking to just have some fun, but what he didn’t expect when he saw her was for them both to have this kind of connection. Parker wants to win her over and try and gain her trust, when they get together they just wanted to have a little bit of fun. Only when its time to leave its actually harder than they both thought it would be. All they wanted was no strings fun, however fate steps in and changes there path.
Can they make a long distance relationship work?
( NO SPOILERS).
This book is a great read, the characters are great, this author always writes fantastic characters to. This book gets hot and steamy in parts and the flirty, fun banter that they have between them both is great yo see. There connection is instant a real instant love and there sexual connection is hot. They wasn’t expecting any feelings to happen and I found myself really rooting for these two and there love.
I always love books that have epilogue as I always find that it gives the books that something extra special. I enjoyed reading this book and cant wait to read more from this author in the future.
Thank you to the author and publishers for allowing me to read an early copy of this book.
ARC provided in exchange for an honest review.
This book is expected 16th April 2020.
This is a fun, sexy romance with sweetness in the mix.
The characters start off on vacation in Cancun as just a fling.
Once they are home they see if they can make it something more.
It’s a really steamy, low angst fun and sexy romp.
Fun secondary characters and beautiful Southern California as the main backdrop.
The only thing missing for me was the deep connection with family/characters that I usually have from the authors books. It could be a mood thing or a one off.
I see potential for spin offs from other characters.
I enjoyed it!
I read the short story version of this book when it was in an anthology last year. I’m so glad Leslie Pike expanded the story and wrote a full length book for Natalie and Parker. It was great to see how they ended up. They overcame obstacles to get their HEA.
Roller coaster ride!! Whew, that kinda caught me off guard. Of course I loved it! All of Leslie’s books are amazing. Natalie and Parker are perfect for each other but have a few bumps along the way. And holy buckets, the scenes these two have are off the charts HOT!! Great “cast” of new characters and favorites from the past.
This is a beautiful romance book where two strangers meet in an airport. Natalie is a self-assured woman that is redefining who she is, while, Parker is a charismatic stuntman who knows what he wants. I love the instant chemistry and interaction the characters have with each other. I also found that their friends were hilarious and great support systems. I’m really hoping their friends get books too!
Every woman has their hang-ups, and Natalie is no different. After her husband cheats on her, she finds it hard to trust. Parker is a typical man and is oblivious to how specific actions may make a woman feel untrustworthy, no matter how altruistic it may seem. This is a delightful read, perfect for a hot summer day at the beach!

Leslie Pike has delivered a funny, sweet, and very sexy story with 7 Miles High. Parker and Natalie meet on the plane ride to their destination vacation and their instant connection allows for a crazy time while there, but can they continue their connection back home when they both live in different cities? This is the fully expanded story from the short story appearing in the Spring Fling anthology. The author gives us more insight into the characters with who they are and their likes and dislikes. I love this expanded version and it made me smile and laugh just as much as the short story.
