I loved the first book in this trilogy. The second book was not that great. Hopefully the third will be better!
This is the best book I’ve read in a very very long time. With twists and turns every Watusi go. I couldn’t put it down and ended up purchasing the whole series. Witch is the first time I have ever done that EVER!! ! BUT ONCE YOU START READING YOU JUST CAN’T PUT IT DOWN. I’m now a true fan of the author and will be more than willing to purchase …
Pretty good, although a little superficial. Not gripping enough for my taste.
great story idea, just found writing style annoying
This was a fast-read and kept me guessing. It was worth reading for sure!
I read this as an audio book which may be part of the reason for my low rating. The person who did the audio was horrible at expressing human emotion making it hard to really get in to the book. As for the book itself I feel that the writer needs a little more experience with how ppl interact with each other and how ppl talk in general. I had a …
Didn’t like the book. It was too gory and it turned me off within the first two chapters. Sorry.
Loved his writing tempo, sharp and quick
I quit reading it after a few pages. It was disgusting
I enjoyed this book because the story was unique, but I didn’t like the fact that it kept switching to different points in time. Sometimes I found that a bit confusing.
Very good read.
Gore fest that skips from past to present. Plot may be more apparent in next book as this one is not stand alone.
I really liked this book! The characters were well written! Although the book kept going from past to present it was written so well that it was never confusing. The ending left me wanting more so I’ll definitely buy the other books in this trilogy!
Alma Harper grew up with no memory of the events of 16 years ago, the day every other person in Widowsfield diied at 3:14. When a documentary film crew want Alma to join them to uncover this mystery, this may be Alma’s best chance to discover what happened during that time her memories got taken from her. But perhaps some memories are best …
I truly enjoyed this book, I could not put it down! But very disappointed that there’s not an option to buy book 2&3 . All that’s offer is Sample.
This would be a good “young adults “ book. It kept me interested & reading, but wasn’t really my type of horror story. I won’t be purchasing the sequels
Messed up. But sooooooooo good!
This book created nothing but questions and fails to answer any of them. I felt as though it was a total waste of time.
Love this author.. This story is an excellent example of how to make your reader wish for more. A.R. Wise does not disappoint with this fast paced story. You are fully immersed in the characters and the world he creates.
