Baring your body is simple–but baring your soul might just change everything… experiments of her own. Especially when gorgeous university professor Eric Morris offers to be her lab partner.
Soon Glenna begins meeting with Eric once a week to try out the suggestions that intrigue her most. In between those daring nights of sensual exploration are work days filled with laughter and flirting…until Glenna fears she’s getting in too deep. For all the pleasure she’s giving and receiving, Glenna wants more than skin-on-skin interaction–and Eric realizes he’s about to lose the intimate connection he didn’t know he needed. Can they find the courage to take this game to the next level?
As hot as it is heartwarming, Christine d’Abo’s fresh, witty novel proves that practice makes perfect, and that some games are worth playing…

30 Nights is the second installment in Christine d’Abo’s adult romance/erotica series titled: 30 Days. The 30 handmade to-do cards gifted to the 30 Days’s heroine make a reappearance in this book and they help a new set of characters find confidence and connection. I wasn’t quite as invested in these characters’ circumstances as I was in the first book but I was still glued to this story because of Ms. d’Abo’s engaging writing style. 30 Nights features fairly complex characters, fun romantic tension, sexy scenes, and once again a lesson in fruit-based sexual activity…and yes I just had to google this particular act to make sure it was a real thing – which apparently it is. Why does this surprise me? Haha.
Erotica is not my go-to genre but I have thoroughly enjoyed this series and I find myself searching for any new releases from this author. If you enjoy this genre then check it out!
My favorite quote:
“Bad things sometimes happen to good people. It’s what we do in the aftermath that’s key.”
Glenna O’Donald prides herself at being a fairly level-headed person, one who is somewhat reserved and generally doesn’t stray from her neat and orderly life… but she also has a dirty little secret, one that has her wanting to abandoned her orderly life for a momentary walk on the forbidden side. She would love nothing more than to act on her crush for a particular sexy sociology professor, but she chooses the cowardly route because she is quite certain that she isn’t really his type and being denied by him might just be more than she can take. But after her grandmother’s passing and receiving a letter of encouragement from her she decides it’s time to finally quit living in the background and take her walk on the wild side… and discovering a bag of 30 day sex cards sounds like the perfect place to start!!
Professor Eric Morris is still muddling through the effects of a relationship gone wrong and isn’t so sure he’s ready to give himself up to someone just yet. That is until he meets shy, research assistant Glenna O’Donald… she is determined to change his mind about relationships and has a bold plan in place to make it happen. She is armed with a stack of cards, that entail some very tempting sexual escapades and that alone has caught his interest, not to mention the fact that he finds her alluring and he just can’t find it in himself to walk away from away from her, so for the sake of research he figures what not give it a shot!
This book was unlike anything I have read in the past, and it was also my first time reading something from this author, so it was refreshing to experience something a little out of my norm. I have to say I liked the characters, they had amazing chemistry and kept me enthralled with their little romantic rendezvous from start to finish! The story line was truly unique, it immediately pulled me in and kept me turning the pages, and blushing from time to time too! Overall I really enjoyed this story and was glad I decided to venture outside of my comfort zone and try something new! Highly recommend this book!
Loved this book from the start!
