Still recovering from her husband’s betrayal, Detective Lindsay Boxer faces a series of heart-stopping crimes and a deadly conspiracy that threatens to destroy San Francisco. Fifteen months ago, Detective Lindsay Boxer’s life was perfect. She had a beautiful child and a doting husband, Joe, who helped her catch a criminal who’d brazenly detonated a bomb in downtown San Francisco, killing … downtown San Francisco, killing twenty-five people. But Joe wasn’t everything that Lindsay thought he was, and she’s still reeling from his betrayal as a wave of mysterious and possibly unnatural heart attacks claims seemingly unrelated victims across San Francisco.
As if that weren’t enough, the bomber she and Joe captured is about to go on trial, and his defense raises damning questions about Lindsay and Joe’s investigation. Not knowing whom to trust, and struggling to accept the truth about the man she thought she knew, Lindsay must connect the dots of a deadly conspiracy before a brilliant criminal puts her on trial.
Filled with the suspense and emotion that have made James Patterson the world’s #1 bestselling writer, 16th Seduction is the Women’s Murder Club’s toughest case yet-and an exhilarating thrill ride from start to finish.
I love this series and this was a great read. I could not put it down.
I’m hooked on the S.F. detective number series … 16 wasn’t as good for me as some of the others but nice for an easy read!
Adore this series! Read in order to enjoy the back stories and character development.
James Patterson is a great writer, I’ve never read a book of his that wasn’t enjoyable!
Not one of his best books, but neither is it too far down the line. It’s well written and is def a page turner! I just want Joe back where he belongs – totally well physically and mentally!
Love Women’s Murder Club series from James Patterson.Wish I didn’t have to wait for #17
I love James Patterson Books! I have read every Alex Cross and Women’s murder Club to date. I want to start into the other series too.
Wonderful
This series is getting weaker and less interesting. Getting so I am not particularly to any of the major players. Too much on relationships and less on action. May not get #18 if there is one.
Exceptional, quick read! Quick because I really never wanted to put this book down. My only regret was the conclusion. I would love to have read it a totally different way. Patterson and Paetro continue to make a great team with the Women’s Murder Club. This story wasn’t bogged down with too many personal, duel stories going on, and I found this refreshing. Looking forward to a 17th installment of this series!
Great characters…entertaining and fun.
Good read
Huge fan of this series
This book wasn’t as good as his other ones. I was disappointed. I have read every book in this series and like I felt more was needed in the story line.
Love James Patterson!
Scariest book I’ve ever read.
I love the Women’s Murder Club Books.
The women’s murder club books are always at the top of my list. James Patterson has several series that I grab every time I see a new one. This is my favorite. And once I start the book, I can’t put it down.
I love this series.
The women’s murder club never fails to disappoint. Many twists and turns.
