Still recovering from her husband’s betrayal, Detective Lindsay Boxer faces a series of heart-stopping crimes and a deadly conspiracy that threatens to destroy San Francisco. Fifteen months ago, Detective Lindsay Boxer’s life was perfect. She had a beautiful child and a doting husband, Joe, who helped her catch a criminal who’d brazenly detonated a bomb in downtown San Francisco, killing … downtown San Francisco, killing twenty-five people. But Joe wasn’t everything that Lindsay thought he was, and she’s still reeling from his betrayal as a wave of mysterious and possibly unnatural heart attacks claims seemingly unrelated victims across San Francisco.
As if that weren’t enough, the bomber she and Joe captured is about to go on trial, and his defense raises damning questions about Lindsay and Joe’s investigation. Not knowing whom to trust, and struggling to accept the truth about the man she thought she knew, Lindsay must connect the dots of a deadly conspiracy before a brilliant criminal puts her on trial.
Filled with the suspense and emotion that have made James Patterson the world’s #1 bestselling writer, 16th Seduction is the Women’s Murder Club’s toughest case yet-and an exhilarating thrill ride from start to finish.
James Patterson’s 16th Seduction, was a excellent book. Action-packed and so unpredictable, had so many turns and twisted what a page turner.
Can;t wait for their 17th book. Quick read and difficult to put it down. Characheters blend well together.
I have read every book in the series and will read the next one but…the “crime” at the heart of the story wasn’t that interesting. The actions of the main characters did not come together.
Love all of James Patterson’s book series and have read all of the Women’s Murder Club ones. Love his shorter than usual chapters as it’s easy when you have to stop for some reason to finish a chapter first. Have read most of his series books (adult ones) and stand alone books.
Not as good as the earlier books in the series but does advance the stories of the women.
As usual with James Patterson a page Turner filled with action and fast paced entertainment. This one felt a bit rushed and inconclusive but still thoroughly enjoyable.
good
I’ve read every book in this series. They are all terrific and I look forward to each new installment.
Didnt hold my interest as much as previous books in the series.
I’ve the Women’s Murder Series.
Love The Womens Murder Club but this was not a great boook. Did not want to finish but I did.
Love all the women’s murder club books
Love the Women’s Club
The Women’s Club is still interesting, however, this one didn’t hold my attention as well as others in the past. This book had two stories going at one time totally not related and that was a little disappointing. I hoped they would tie in at some point. Not sure if other books did this before. Anyway, Patterson/xxxx books are always interesting. The Women’s club, Mike Bennett, NYPD Red, & Alex Cross, are on my must read lists.
Epic Patterson
As all of James Patterson books, keeps you on the edge
I like Patterson’s Murder Club Series and cannot wait until his next book comes out. The women characters are very familiar tome having read every book in the series.
Great book. Love the characters. Lots of action. Thrilling read.
I love all the Women’s Murder Club books.
