What a remarkable way to start out my new year and an outstanding way to end this series! SINFUL EMPIRE exceeded ALL my hopes and dreams…this was the happily ever after I’ve been waiting for! I have been owned mind, body and soul with this series…it was unparalleled, completely unique. It got better and better with each book! The writing was exceptional and riveting. And the characters…LOVE THEM! They developed even further in this book. We saw Kiera slip easily into her role as “Queen” of Lachlan’s empire. She is a wonderful heroine! We also got to see a more vulnerable side to Lachlan (which I FLOVED!)…my heart goes pitter patter just thinking about him. #swoon “You’ve never been a pawn. You’ve been the queen from day one. The most powerful piece on the whole fucking board”.
With this being my first novels/series by Meghan March, I truly don’t know how she will outdo herself! This couple was the epitome of my ideal couple in this type of scenario. BUT…Meghan is definitely setting up her next series, SAVAGE trilogy, to compare right up there with this series. At the end of SINFUL EMPIRE, us readers get a glimpse into book 1, SAVAGE PRINCE, and it is H.A.W.T! *fans self*. So far, all we know, is it centers around Temperance, who is Kiera’s COO/friend in the MOUNT trilogy. SAVAGE PRINCE is book one of the Savage Trilogy, set in the same world as RUTHLESS KING, however you do not need to read the MOUNT Trilogy to devour this scandalously hot new trilogy.

So freaking good! Lachlan Mount and Kiera Kilgore are great characters and it’s truly a battle of wills in this book. Sparks are flying at every turn. Danger ramps up, and there are some surprises here!!
She will not let him get in her way and he will put her first at every opportunity. They may lose their way a bit but their connection is so deep. It seems as though darkness will threaten to completely overtake, but they come out fighting and their passion is off the charts!!
And learning more about the people in their lives is most definitely enlightening!

Where to even begin on how phenomenal Sinful Empire was! This final book in the trilogy was captivating, intriguing, mind-blowing with twists and turns that will leave you thinking WTF did I just read and did that really just happen! I was so spellbound by the story and amazing characters that I couldn’t put this read down, actually I refused to put this read down until the very end. Lachlan and Keira’s chemistry was off the charts hot as hell and will leave you begging for more. This is one intoxicating, seducing read that will leave you with one helluva book hangover so enjoy the hot, sexy, swoon-worthy ride! This is by far Megan’s best work yet and hands down a top read of 2017!

The Mount Trilogy is by far one of the best I have read.. Mount and Keira’s story is an action packed, sexy romance novel that will blow your mind! Meghan March is not only an insanely talented author, but an incredibly inspiring person. I personally have read all but 3 of her books and I love every single one!! Can’t wait to see what is still to come!

Sinful Empire is the perfect conclusion to The Mount Trilogy. I fell for Mount and Keira’s story in Ruthless King, in Defiant Queen I became obsessed with their story and in Sinful Empire, Meghan ends the series perfectly. I have not ever had a series consume me as much as this one. Top Series of 2017 and will definitely be on my re read list.
Sinful Empire picks up where Defiant Queen leaves off. We find out just how ruthless Mount can be! Will Keira be able to rise and be the queen Mount needs! This is a MUST read.
I so didn’t want this series to end. I absolutely loved it. Meghan March hit this book out of the park. Cover art perfection. Storylines fabulous. Characters that leave you with a book hangover.
This trilogy is perfect. The story of Keira and Mount couldn’t be more spectacular and perfect. This is the end of the story of these two characters and the best book of author Meghan March.
Sinful Empire is the perfect ending to this story.I always get nervous when I see a story have several books, for various reasons, I’m always afraid that the author is unable to maintain the level of history, lose the course and the essence of the characters and wind events to make pages.But in this trilogy, none of these things happened. Meghan March presented an addictive story, spectacular, with a linear story and charismatic characters in three books.After you finish this trilogy, I think that the three books were needed to tell this story, and without the author let history lose the pace or the story.
I will not give spoiler in history because it wouldn’t be fair to readers who, like I fell in love with this story, I’d lose the grace.So will say that this book is sensational, the thriller aspect is still there, the essence of Mount and Keira wasn’t lost, they are still themselves, but I like the dynamic of them to book and view them to surrender to the feelings that were already there.the author even managed to surprise me with a few events and revelations, and I just couldn’t put it down this book when it was over.
As I said, Sinful Empire is the perfect ending to the story of Keira and Mount.It’s sexy, full of mystery, suspense, twists and turns, with fascinating characters and a sensational story and the best of this author.I can only hope she dabbles in this world and bring other wonderful stories like this for us.

Thank you for Lachlan Mount, a man who has lived the dangerous life for so long that he has lost sight of who he is at his core. In this conclusion, you show us that his heart is not made of stone and that he feels so much more intensely than he thinks he does. One of my favorite scenes is when he confesses a particular sin to Keira. You made Lachlan so strong and yet so vulnerable in that moment. I fell even harder for him.
Thank you also for Keira Kilgore. I tend to not like heroines as much as I do their heroes because I am jealous and always think I’m better for the heroes than those women are. But Keira is worthy. She lets Lachlan be true to himself, yet she holds him accountable for who he chooses to be. She also refuses to let him see himself as anything less than a man who deserves to be loved.
Thank you for the beauty and heartache in this book. Thank you for terrifying me and for making me swoon. Thank you for making me anxious and for making me squeeze my thighs together. Thank you for using your supporting cast so perfectly and for tying together all of the threads you’ve revealed into one beautiful creation.
Thank you for giving Lachlan and Keira the story they deserve and for giving us the story we both want and need. I have loved this series so much, and although I am sad to say farewell to Lachlan and Keira, I am grateful for the chance to get to know them.

Finally the conclusion to the Ruthless King trilogy and the hot and sinful Lachlan Mount and the independent, strong willed Keira Kilgore. When I started this series, I fell in love with the characters and story and needed my next fix, so I sought out the backstory to Lucas Tritan while waiting for Defiant Queen. If you remember, he was the guy at the exclusive club bold enough to give relationship advice to Mount. Lucas has his own story in Ms. March’s book “Beneath these Scars” and he makes minor appears in earlier Beneath stories. Sinful Empire met all my expectations and eager anticipation from the first book. Meghan March brought together the threads of the story (I didn’t see the twist coming) and deepened my love for the characters. Lachlan Mount became a more civilized and somewhat lovable character with understanding of his backstory. Keira’s independence and strength were never compromised in the end, which made her character true to the first encounters in Ruthless King. I am sorry to see the end to this story and these characters; I am hoping that Meghan gives us tidbits on them in future books/series.

Fast paced, sharp, and edgy, the story flows so easy and flawlessly. The dynamics between Lachlan and Keira as well as the secondary characters gave the story a multi dimensional look I thoroughly enjoyed. I particularly liked the fact that we didn’t gave to wait until the end to see certain developments in the story.
The adrenaline rush as we make discoveries into their pasts, and their connection had me glued to the pages.
This series is seriously addictive, and I don’t want this story to end!!
This was the best conclusion in a series I just wish it didn’t gave to end!!
