A hit! I couldn’t put it down.
I don’t know what it is about Ophelia and her writing, but it just sucks you right in. These stories are not like anything you have read or probably ever will read anywhere else.
Aurum is one of the immortal dragons that has been waiting for mates for centuries. When her vision of her mate is standing in front of her and then leaves her, she will do anything she can to get him back.
Nicholas is left behind after Calder saves him from years of being locked up. Nicholas and Calder have been extremely close for a very long time. Calder doesn’t just leave Aurum he also leaves Nicholas.
This is a beautifully written love story between three people that have to find their way. I am so lucky to be part of the ARC group that got to read an advance copy for my honest review.
Fair warning this has m/m, m/m/f, and m/f/m sex scene. If this is not for you, do not read.
Every time this author announces a new book in this series I juggle all my other TBR list to read it first. Who doesn’t like dragons and on top of that there are Satrys, nymphs and Ursa involved as well. The fates have decided that the long set rules of keeping with ones species for breeding has come to an end, and in doing so they have started giving the dragons “dreams” with their mates in them. With their fated connection Aurum, Calder and Nicholas have things a little rough but they have their happy ending. You want to know what happens? Buy the book, better yet buy the series you will not be disappointed.
I just love Dragons. Love , sexy , Suspense. Well written makes you feel like your part of the adventure. I love a book that makes me feel that I am one or more of the characters. Thank You
I
All of Ophelia Bell’s books have good plot lines, well developed characters. And lot and lots of steamy sex. Definately for the adult reader
This episode of the Immortal Dragons left me feeling like I need a cheat sheet to keep track of everyone! I can’t tell you how much I’m loving this series.
We’ve crossed over now into the other worlds and all the races know there is a common enemy that they must protect themselves from…can they come together and fight for the salvation of all, or will old beliefs stand in the way of unity?
Aurum, Nicholas and Calder are the focus of this story, and they burn up the pages…good heavens, I love these dragons and their mates!
Additional plot lines have been introduced, new characters have come to join our old favorites and new struggles threaten the success of finding and destroying their enemy…things are about to get interesting. You can feel the vibration like a coming earthquake!
Reading this series by Ophelia Bell are some of the best hours I’ve spent with a book in my hand.
Pure entertainment.
I literally could not put this one down…bet you won’t either!!!
I will try to write my feelings for this story here, but in reality I don’t have words good enough to tell you what a magnificent story it is. It is filled with so much emotion and passion i.e. fear, desires, hope, anger, just to name a few. The first book in the series was filled with dark passion and love, that it was actually painful to read what the characters were going through. In book two we find salvation and great love. In this, book 3, we find what the previous destruction of souls and lives has caused the three main characters and how fate will not let them go. We learn surprising information and I love the way the author gathers characters from her other stories helping you to view events from all angles. The ending brings, to me anyway, great joy and hope. Although each book can be read as a stand alone, reading the others brings this world into sharper detail and enhances the pleasure of reading the fantastic story. I highly recommend this book to all lovers of the world of shifters, of magic and sensual love. Grab it know, read it, and I truly believe that you can only rate it a wonderful 5 stars. Did I say how much I loved this book, no? Well I LOVED THIS BOOK.
