HGTV’s Property Brothers meets The Marriage Bargain in this third volume in the Billionaire Builders series, an all-new, heart-wrenching, and sexy contemporary romance from New York Times bestselling author Jennifer Probst. Tristan Pierce left the family business to carve out a life of his own, but never forgot his passionate affair with the much younger, inexperienced Sydney Greene, or the … inexperienced Sydney Greene, or the hurtful breakup that tore him apart. Sydney Greene loved Tristan her entire life but when he left, he took not only her heart, but her trust along with him. Now that they’re together again, it’s time they both face the biggest secret of all…more
I absolutely loved All or Nothing at All by Jennifer Probst, it is an incredible love story, and is the last book in her Billionaire Builders series. I so enjoyed the book, I think it was my favorite one in the series, but it was especially bittersweet since it was also the last book in the series. Jennifer Probst has once again shown that she is an amazing storyteller. I could not put it down. I loved every page. I really enjoy how the book is told from the perspective of the main characters. I love getting the insight and feelings from the different characters. All or Nothing at All is wonderful love story and is filled with heartbreaking and heartwarming moments. I love the lighter moments where I find myself smiling and laughing out loud and the bittersweet moments that cause me to sigh, say aww to myself with tears filling my eyes. All or Nothing at All is filled with such moments, and with so much emotion. It is filled with all those things that we have come to love and expect in a Jennifer Probst love story, especially the poignant and bittersweet moments that filled this page turner. Who doesn’t love hot sexy men, strong females, and loving families who always support one another, they are all such wonderful characters? I love how Jennifer Probst somehow manages to find the “perfect” heroine, who is a strong woman on her own, to balance out the billionaire Pierce brother. My favorite part of the story is how the title of the book is incorporated into the love story with a simple thought by Sydney Greene-Seymour. All or Nothing at All is a second change love story of Tristan Pierce, co-owner of Pierce Brothers Construction with his two brothers and Sydney Greene-Seymour, new promoted CFO of Pierce Brothers Construction and single mother to Becca. Sydney has been in love with Tristan since she was eight-years old. Following his mother, Diane’s death, Tristan decides to head to New York City to make a name for himself in real estate. Tristan wants Sydney to come with her, but Harrington is home for her. I enjoyed all the flash back scenes in the story that helped the reader see the history of their relationship. Since returning to Harrington, following the conditions of his father, Christian’s will, Tristan has been very cold toward both Sydney and Becca. Sydney approaches Cal, Tristan, and Dalton regarding a promotion to CFO, since she has just negotiated a new renovation project with Adam Cushman a real estate developer in NYC. The only brother opposed is Tristan. As they spend more time together working on this project things change between them, and they realize they may have something more. I love how Tristan helps Becca get ready for her recital and the discovery he makes and how his relationship with Becca changes. I love that both Tristan and Sydney were both so vulnerable and that each of them changed because of their love for one another. I love the gut-wrenching heart-to-heart conversations that they each have with one another. I love that their second chance at love did not come easily for them. I loved that All or Nothing at All is a more than just a romance, there are dilemmas that both Sydney and Tristan are facing that need to be resolved. I love that there were multiple storylines: Sydney’s secret about the identity of Becca’s father, Sydney’s feelings for Tristan, the renovation project, but most importantly Sydney and Tristan’s story. I love how all the storylines get so beautifully resolved. A plot twist changes everything for Sydney and Tristan, but a heart-to-heart with Dalton and Caleb helps Tristan plan his future. I love all the descriptions of the Harrington that Jennifer Probst details. My favorite part of the book is the epilogue, I truly love how it goes above and beyond the happily ever after. I especially loved the ending and how Tristan proved to Sydney that he changed. All or Nothing at All is filled with the poignant and bittersweet moments in the story as well as the plot twists, that I have come to love and expect in Jennifer Probst’s stories. I love the cast of characters in All or Nothing at All, enjoyed catching up with the other characters in the series. Who doesn’t love family and friends that always have each other’s backs? I thoroughly enjoyed All or Nothing at All, who doesn’t love a second chance love story.
If you have read the other two books in this series, this is a must read. Sydney is a strong woman who comes into her own in business as well as her personal life. Watching the relationship between Sydney and Tristan is terrific, but seeing Tristan with Becca is heartwarming. There were a couple scenes in this book that had me laughing out loud. Another must read from Jennifer Probst!
This whole series is a must read!! Gets you all up in the feels.
I loved this book! Highly recommend!
I don’t normally like the secret baby trope because there’s always a dimwit guy who can’t do math and count backwards. In this book not only is there Tristan who cannot count backwards and figure out Sydney’s child is his but neither can his brothers! Moving on from that, this is also a second chance book which is extremely well executed. Highly recommend. While this is a stand alone, it does help to read the first two to get the real background on the story of the Pierce brothers.
I’m really sad to see this series end. These books were so great. Jennifer really has a talent for making you fall in love with her characters.
This particular book out of this series had a few of my favorite tropes all wrapped into one book. I’m not really going to go into more detail because I feel that it may spoil the story for you. It was fun and well done and I love that Jennifer did this.
Jennifer is a wonderful writer and I can’t wait to see what she puts out next. Great job with this book! Don’t miss this series and this book!
ALL OR NOTHING AT ALL is book three in the Billionaire Builders series and is a second chance contemporary romance. It’s a standalone within the series and characters from the first two books make a reappearance but I had no problem jumping right in. This is actually my first read from author Jennifer Probst, not sure why because I really enjoyed this story!
Tristan is the middle brother and Sydney is like the sister they never had. She’s always loved him but things fell apart for them in a very hurtful way after Tristan’s mother dies and Tristan leaves to New York. Now, he’s back and as they spend more time working together, the old flame reignites. But Sydney’s holding a huge secret.
These two characters just broke my heart! They were so hurtful towards each other, whether it was intentional or not. Tristan was sexy, charming and slightly awkward in the beginning with Sydney’s daughter but after learning her secret, he became so cold and pretty manipulative. And although I ultimately understood why Sydney kept her secret, I didn’t necessarily agree with it! She was a strong woman in the workplace but a little insecure in her relationship with Tristan. It was just simply heartbreaking to watch these two tear the other up.
But the story’s not all tears and sadness. I found myself laughing out loud, sighing at some pretty sexy scenes and swooning at the end. It was an emotional rollercoaster and I loved the ride! Told from dual POVs with a sweet ever after. I received, read and voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
