Sade and Mercy’s journey takes a dark turn in No Mercy A Darker ContinuationSome nightmares last only minutes. Sometimes those minutes last a lifetime. Dark lusts and self-loathing become a merciless dance Sade can’t escape. Surviving one night of horror leads him to a ledge he’s never been, where terror mixes with his sadism and masochism for a whole new monster with No Mercy.WARNING* There are … Mercy.
WARNING*
There are scenes in the story that could be triggers for those who have suffered abuse. I did my best to shelter the reader at the more abusive parts while bringing to life a story of darkness that involves varying degrees of sadism and masochism, and the clutch they can have upon ones psyche and sexuality. Read with caution.

Holy crap!! This story not only scares the pants off of you but it puts you on the edge of your seat in anticipation and twists your emotions until you don’t know what to think. I loved it. The fear, frustration, anticipation, jealousy and downright angst that all the characters go thru makes you feel for all of them. Father Abraham scares the daylights out of me even just thru reading I can’t even imagine him in person. This series if a must have for all genres of readers. I say this in all sincerity I can’t wait for the next book and you truly want to read this.
I read and reviewed a copy of this book.
Sade and Mercy survive, but struggle with lots of obstacles along the way. Very good book, well written.
I was gifted an ARC copy from the author, and I am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
I don’t think I have read a book that took me on such a roller coaster ride of emotions. The first four chapters had my heart in my mouth, then I couldn’t believe man’s inhumanity to man and then I was in a state of anticipation. I normally don’t like violence but I couldn’t put this book down perhaps it was because it’s not gratuitous but an integral part of the story. The Sade and Mercy scenes were sad, funny and oh so hot and now it seems Bo and Liberty are headed in the same direction. To keep the reader on edge, Lucian Bane presents a wonderful reunion swiftly followed by a horror from the grave. I can’t wait to read the conclusion to this story.
I’m loving this trilogy so far. It is as if it has been written like a prescription, just the right amount of sadomasochistic kink, drama, angst and humour.
The saga continues with Abraham who is one sick puppy. Chanting to his lord, sacrificial lambs crucified, cleansing the filth from their bodies and anointing them. He hides behind a clown mask and calls himself Purgatory. Just when it seems the end is near and there is no hope left, a saviour rescues their broken bodies and puts them in a safe house. As fast as he appears he flees into the night. Suffering such a traumatic event leaves Mercy with swelling to the brain and amnesia.
Sade is distraught that she has no memory of him of the love they shared. Jealousy rears it’s ugly head when she remembers his brother Bo. Thus starts operation make Mercy remember him and somehow he manages to get her to sign another contract. Unfortunately it’s not looking good and the fractures between them are growing deeper. The key to leaving is in Mercy’s head and it looks like they are mere hostages until she remembers.
Good god what an emotional roller coaster, I need a minute to catch my breathe.
This was me reading the book.
Holy shit this is intense. Everybody leave me alone!
Yikes, that’s got to hurt.
What-the-what?!
Um, ew.
Crazy town, population 1.
Oh noooooooo!
This was all in the first couple of chapters, whew!
I hands down loved Sade in this book, he’s fighting with all that he has for Mercy.I just wanted to yell at Mercy to snap outta it! But, I know it doesn’t work that way. Bo and Liberty-loved, loved, loved!
Can we just take a minute to talk about the sexual tension. Damn, what a build up.
Favorite line —-> “I’m going to make you come now,” he whispered, his voice warning. “Then…maybe I’ll play just a little.”
Uhhhh okay, please do! It’s about dang time! I’m 100% on board with all of that, may-hap multiple times? *Fans face* I think I need a cigarette, so hot.
I need the third book like yesterday. Can’t wait to see what happens next!
