The Amish Anthology, wow !! All the stories have wonderful characters with God breathed assistance. I wept through ‘An Unfogettable Secret.’ It was a story of love, loss, forgiveness, and then more of an unfathomable love…. Christ’s.
Thank You for sharing your God Given talent with us J.E.B Spredemann
Not particularly impressed with this one. It’s too shallow to Keto me interested. After you read one or two they got dull.
It wasn’t as good as I would have expected. Very slow. Lots of day to day stuff that made it drag.
Blah story lines, not very interesting
It’s okay
I thought it was very unauthentic and mischaracterized the lovelyAmish people ad families.
Stories rather shallow and predictable.
Very slow reading. Not very interesting
I like the Amish stories, but this wasn’t one of the best!
I did not enjoy this book
I really enjoy the airhor’s writing style and story-telling ability, however, I was disappointed that this anthology seemed more like a collection of teasers to her various series. Had I been forewarned I would probably not have been disappointed (or more likely would not have bought it.) Now I am just left wondering unless I am willing to buy a great number of other books.
Um, I’m sorry. I had a difficult time reading the first story because the number of characters is a bit overwhelming, even though there is a list of them prior to the beginning. The writing is more along the lines of youth/young adult. I got through a few chapters and put it aside. I enjoy Amish stories, but this writer is not for me.
