Lovely short story with a HEA. Molly has just left her boyfriend and is staying with her brother when she sees her childhood crush and her brothers best friend, Nick. She’s not ready for another relationship but just can’t seem to stay away, but then her ex shows up.
Lovely story of ignighting old love.

Running From Love is the third novella in the Weighting on Love Series each an interconnected standalones. Nick and Molly have grown up together and is a brother’s best friend romance. Sophie Blue’s writing is easy to read and flows well. For a quick read Novella their is a good mix of story to romance that didn’t feel too insta love, especially as Nick and Molly’s history is covered throughout.
Molly has moved back in with her brother Liam when she decided to leave her Ex boyfriend behind. Looking for a clean break she works the front desk at her brothers Gym, where her and Nick rebuild their friendship. With both having a secret attraction to the other the chemistry is clear from the start. The story line with Molly’s ex added a nice bit of drama to the novella, and highlighted Nick’s leading man status, it’s hard not to fall for his protective charms.
If you are looking for a set of short standalone romance reads that hit the spot, I recommend this series from Sophie Blue.

Fantastic easy read that I finished it in an afternoon.
I love this couple. Nick and Molly are perfect together and complement each other so well. You can feel the love and attraction between them right from the start. I also really liked that with everything going on the focus remains on them. Friends to lovers / Brothers Best Friend / a bit of Suspense and a cracked ex-boyfriend this book is chock full story. I think my favorite thing is that while it remains a light read there is also substance to it which keeps it interesting and engaging. Nick the dragon slayer is protective, understanding, and swoon worthy – absolutely love him. Molly is both timid and strong, guarded and resilient and I gotta love that. Makes for a really enjoyable read.

This is a best friend’s sister/ brothers best friend/ friends to lovers that is a new favorite! It was full of everything I love in story, witty banter, lots of feels and emotions, Suspense, great characters, and a book boyfriend that I absolutely love! Nick has become a new favorite! He’s so charming, charismatic, tough, (SWOON!)

I thought Sophie Blue couldn’t drop a book that topped her last one; damn was I wrong. Oh my God. Nick and Molly’s story was so touching they really are amazing characters this book had just enough love, humor, and sensitivity I couldn’t ask for more to be honest! You can really see how much work she put in. Nick is such a charmer and willing to help molly with almost anything which is so touching. Molly seemed so heart broken and scared of love before she meet nick this book really made me feel warmth. This is the perfect sweet romance.

I love these characters so much! Molly has been through a lot with her ex and is afraid to fall in love again. Nick is such a charmer and is willing to take things slow, but he knows she’s the only one for him. After things take a turn, Molly realizes what she wants and that’s him. The perfect sweet romance.

Here I was thinking that Sophie Blue couldn’t top her last amazing book, but she did Running From Love.
This love story is a brother’s best friend/ best friend’s little sister romance. One of my favorite kinds of tropes. I fell in love with Nick instantly. I’d have to say he is my favorite out of all three leading males in this series. He was swoon-worthy and charming and had me going sweet at the knees.
Molly comes back to town after a heartbreaking break up with her ex, which left her with a few scars. She moves in with her brother and right now, a relationship is the last thing from her mind, that’s as until Nick came into the picture and swept her off her feet.
This story was charming, and edgy with a little suspense that kept me on the edge of my seat. It was a quick and fast ain’t a love story that captured my heart from the beginning. Molly had some past experiences that were not easy and I think the author played them out perfectly in this.
Sophie has come crashing into this book world and has hit the ground running. I love her words and her short novellas. They are refreshing and often something I need between some heavier books. They are perfect and I cannot wait to see what she has up her sleeve with this new series coming! I’m excited to find out!
