A thrill-seeking Harvard linguistics professor and an ultrasecret branch of the Catholic Church go head-to-head in a race to uncover the secrets of the lost city of Atlantis. The ruins of the technologically-advanced, eerily-enigmatic ancient civilization promise their discoverer fame, fortune, and power… but hold earth-shattering secrets about the origin of man. While world-famous linguist and … linguist and archaeologist, Thomas Lourds, is shooting a film that dramatizes his flamboyant life and scientific achievements, satellites spot impossibly ancient ruins along the Spanish coast. Lourds knows exactly what it means: the Lost Continent of Atlantis has been found. The race is on, and Lourds’ challengers will do anything to get there first.
Whoever controls the Lost Continent will control the world.

Interesting
As other has said, its a lot like the similar Dan Brown “DaVinci Code” novel. Good twist at the end.
Great story. I am looking forward to reading more of his works.
I enjoyed the fast-paced fun reading, but I was disappointed in the presentation of not sticking to the (supposed) facts of history. I guess if you were reading for fun and not the historical facets, it was a thought-provoking, interesting read.
Excellent writing I will read more of this author
fast paced action well constructed
Far fetched but enjoyable escapism
A few careless proofreading mistakes but was a good read!
Not as good as Dan Brown
It has all the storylines that you need in an excellent novel!
My first time for this author, but not my last. Looking forward to reading some of his other books.
This was a good book. I always love adventure/thrillers with treasure and century(s) spanning conspiracies….
This book is a definite cliffhanger, it can’t be put down and keeps you spellbound to the last page.
I plan on reading more books by this author.
A worthy successor to Cussler. A well-written non-stop thriller; hard to put down.
Op
very stimulating read
Thrilling ride on a common theme.
Reading it now about one third through: a real page turner! Good characters, good plot development and excellent atmosphere. I can’t wait to find out what comes next.
