Sometimes all a lion shifter wants is a snuggly bunny to cuddle. And Kasim has been stalking his very kissable prey with the patience of a true hunter. But as the perfect moment to pounce arrives, life throws some obstacles in Kasim’s path and his hopes for something more with a certain some-bunny are dashed quite possibly forever.
The last of her siblings to find a partner, bunny shifter Bailey … shifter Bailey Bunson has been waiting for her fated mate. But when her dream of predestined love is ripped from her grasp, Bailey fears she’ll never know her own happily-ever-after. That is, until she realizes the unassuming lion shifter who’s been by her side might not be her fated mate, but is everything she’s ever wanted. Will it be too late for Bailey and Kasim?

Have you been following Golden Angel’s “Big Bad Bunny” series? If not, you certainly need to catch up, you don’t know what your missing. If you have, and are like me, then you’ve been waiting on this book since these two characters first came into contact with each other. It’s been a slow build for me as an audience and it’s finally time!!! But once again, Golden Angel and the Fates have decided nothing comes easy. There’s action, adventure, drama. So many emotions come into play before we get to see how this plays out. I’m thrilled to have finally been able to share in their story and a little bummed the series is over. Congratulations, Golden Angel. This was well worth the wait <3
YES! Finally! At last!
I was waiting for Bailey’s story!
To see if she and Kasim had a happy after.
To find out if his lion managed to claim his cuddle bunny.
Because they are so good together.
Her sense of humor breaks through his seriousness.
The lack of a filter on everything she says, makes him laugh.
That is….until she says the one thing that breaks his heart….she finds her true mate.
Her bunny is confused though, because it really likes Kasim’s lion.
But would the man give her a second chance when she decides she wants him after all?
She’ll have to find him first, because he left! Damn….
And when she dóes find him,she finds out his grandmother has other plans for him.
Not on her watch,she won’t!
And that’s not the only problem….
The enemy is still planning to take over the world.
Knowing where he is,at last….helps.
How to stop him,thát is another matter.
I really enjoyed Bailey’s and Kasim’s story,a lot.
And i loved all those Monty Python’s Holy Grail references throughout the series!
Fate gets it wrong
This has to be one of my favorite series and I am sad to see it end, but what an ending. The other clearly saved the best for last when she made fate throw a few tricks in the path of this fated pair. Poor Kasim really did get the short end of the stick and Bailey had to learn that what is right in front of you is more often than not what you have been looking for the entire time. I don’t know what the author has planned next, but I hope she brings some more shifters to love as she really does them quite fantastically. You are not going to want to miss the final conclusion to these science experiments gone right.
The youngest of the Bunson siblings, Bailey has it set in her mind to find her fated mate and live happily ever after. But her and her spunky little bunny has caught the eye of Kasim and his lion since the day Kasim help rescueher and her siblings.
Kasim is well aware of the fantasy romance Bailey has be searching for, but he wants to win her heart and bunny the old fashion way by slowly courting her. Things seem to be going in Kasims direction until Bailey meets her long awaited fated mate.
Bailey knows what her heart and bunny wants and no person or obstacle is going to stand in her way. She is a fierce bunny on a mission!
I fell in love with this series since book one! Golden Angel has found a way to have action, romance, and laugh out loud humor all rolled up in a book (bonus for you Monty Python fans). You will have no problems reading this book as a stand alone, but you will end wanting to read the whole series
I received this book as an ARC for my Honest review.
I love these shifter books! The Bunson family is so unique and Bailey is no exception. She doesn’t take crap and it shows in this book. She also reacts very quickly and yet sometimes also over thinks things to much too. Kasim is the perfect opposite for Bailey. He tend to be calm and giving and doesn’t tend to over react. But it is his slow approach and Bailey’s over thinking that almost makes them lose each other.
I love how this one ends. And I’m kinda sad the Bunson family is all mated now!
I really am sad to read this book. Not because it’s bad, because it’s not, but because it’s the last of the Big Bad Bunnies book. I want to see so many more books out this series, but since all the Bunsons are happily mated off, I guess it would be hard to do.
So, I’ve been looking forward to seeing Bailey’s story, and it was pretty obvious from the first book that it was going to be Kasim, but it wasn’t super easy on either one of them. She found her fated mate, which is kind of what Bailey had always been holding out for, but it wasn’t Kasim, and she loves him. What’s a bear bunny turtle supposed to do?
I have always liked Bailey, but I’m going to agree that she’s a little immature and impulsive sometimes. I understand why she is that way, but she jumps 15 feet away and then decides to think about what she just did. But, she’s strong, she’s fierce, and she’s not about to let anyone mess with her. I can totally respect that.
Bailey and Kasim
I really enjoyed this book.
I like the interaction between the MC
I felt like this book was well written and worth
The time to read.
Overall this was a nice read.
I voluntarily read an advance reader copy and my opinion are my own.
My Favorite Treat on April 1!!
If you’ve read any of the “small shifter” stories you know they are released on April Fool’s Day each year. Chasing Her Lion is to be the last of the series, which will leave a hole next year for sure.
The small shifters resulted from experimentation by scientists – and those impacted have multiple aspects from multiple shifters. Some of the “bunnies” are grizzly-sized, our heroine of this story Bailey is a small bunny – and while on occasion is a “snuggle” bunny, she is also a fierce killer
Bailey tends to say what comes to mind, which is part of her charm, and part of what gets her into trouble. Kasim, a lion-shifter, is her boyfriend and moving their relationship way too slow for her tastes.
There is a higher incidence of humor, movie references, and play on words in this series’ ingredients. But the dangers are real, the romance sizzling, and it is no joke the talent this author pours into the stories she shares with us!!
**I am voluntarily leaving my honest review of this book**
The latest book in the Big Bad Bunny series and it features that last Bunson family member. The baby of the family Bailey. Her bunnie may be small, but is very fierce.
In the previous books we have seen Bailey and Kasim dancing around each other, but just when everything seems to fall into place….. everything goes wrong.
It is a wonderful, fast paced, funny , laugh out loud and sexy book. Once you start reading you can’t stop.
The perfect book to takes you mind of what is happening in our world right now.
This book was so good. This story is about the last Bunson family member, Bailey. I absolutely adored Kasim and Bailey and they were such likeable characters. This story has it all, humor, drama, adventure, and steam. It’s a wonderful story and one I definitely recommend.
I am actually disappointed I haven’t read the previous books in this series because I enjoyed this one very much. Finally Bailey and Kasim may have the chance at love but obstacles are in the way. I enjoyed reading their journey and loved the lion/bunny pairing.
I thought that this was a very good book and satisfying conclusion to this series. Bailey and Kasim’s story was an engaging blend of humor, heart, drama, emotional turmoil and steam. These are likable characters that are easy to root for. The addition of a touch of poignancy and some obstacles in the path of romance and you have a very enjoyable read. I am posting a truthful review of my own volition.
How much better can it get than this??? I can’t imagine! “Chasing Her Lion” is Book 6 in the series “Big Bad Bunnies.” Golden Angel has written a series that has it ALL! Funny – that you find yourself really laughing out loud,- charming, naughty, amazing sexual scenes and sensuality.
The youngest of the Bunson siblings, Bailey has it set in her mind to find her fated mate and live happily ever after. Uh, Oh, Bailey and her spunky little bunny have caught the eye of Kasim and his Lion and they know that Bailey is for them. How will the get together? Bailey is stubborn and Kasim learns patience – LOL And the book just takes off from page one, keeping us guessing, worried and engaged until the last page!
What a fun story. If you read the whole series Kasim and Bailey were present in each one. We have waited soooo long for their story. It did not disappoint. I just love the dynamics of this couple. Great story.
Entertaining as ever, satisfying as ever – leaves me happy as ever
I have been waiting for this story! I love Bailey’s sassy and feisty personality! Kasim has the right amount of patience and strength to be Bailey’s perfect match! But can they uncross all the wires that have gotten tangled to find their happily ever after?
Golden does an amazing job balancing what we already know about these characters from the other books and giving an intriguing story that keeps you hanging on until the very end!
