Daddy’s Obsession

Most of the times Daddy Dom novels think they’re Daddy Dom novels because the little calls her man “Daddy”. There’s none of the Dd/lg dynamic. Yes, this is a very taboo kink, but the caretaker role of the Dom is what makes it a great kink. Just saying “Daddy” doesn’t really mean much. This novel is almost there, but not quite. Close. Very close. I enjoyed it. If you like Daddy novels, you really should read this one.

Rory Reynolds you dirty dirty girl, damn there is so much sex in this story I LOVE IT! phew you need a fan and a cold drink when you read this story, and trust me there is a story it’s not just sex, sex, sex well it is just with a story, well worth the read.

The Rules of Love

Sugar Larson is the youngest child and only daughter of an affluent and socially connected family. She has always had her daddy’s love and affection—she is a “daddy’s girl,” but it was always understood that while her dad was responsible for the management of her brothers, mom would direct Sugar’s growing up. Almost from her birth and naming, Leanne had a vision for shaping her daughter, even to her name. She escaped, but with emotional scars and physical bruising.

Finally, after months of emotional healing, Sugar, dressed in a baby-girl’s pink and tulle as a “little”, has returned to B & B on a theme night. While her re-entry into the BDSM world has been very slow, it has not been unnoticed. For months, Oliver Titan, a dominant has observed her, never approaching, just observing—until tonight. When a drunken group of doms attempt to engage with Sugar against her will, he intervenes to protect her from their advances. With that intervention by Oliver on her behalf, Sugar feels an emotional link to this older dominant man, and for the first time since Cody, agrees to scene with him. Rory Reynolds with gentleness, humor and passion, continues to lead her reader into a world of submission and dominance. What makes her romances unique from other BDSM focused novels is that she helps the reader to understand and explore the emotions and thoughts of the participants of BDSM activities. While sexual encounters of doms and subs or littles is explored and described, these sexual encounters are naturally and gently crafted, not aggressive, non-consensual or gratuitous. They are not crafted to shock, but rather to explore and explain. Reynolds is always respectful of her reader and always respectful of the character’s voice of consent. Reynolds escorts her reader through the concepts of little girl—daddy relationship with a gentle hand. The sexual engagement of Sugar is passionate and fully informed and willing. Oliver lovingly and patiently guides and protects Sugar, always conscious of her needs and desires, especially watchful of triggers from Sugar’s past, careful to establish rules and protections such a safe-words, to respect her wishes.

The characters are authentic and realistic with qualities and traits that blend into outstanding personalities.
