In New York Times bestselling author Emma Chase’s sizzling and hilarious debut novel, Drew Evans–gorgeous, arrogant, irreverent, and irresistibly charming–meets his match in new colleague Kate Brooks. Drew Evans is handsome and arrogant, he makes multimillion dollar business deals and seduces New York’s most beautiful women with just a smile. So why has he been shuttered in his apartment for … his apartment for seven days, miserable and depressed? He’ll tell you he has the flu. But we all know that’s not really true.
Katherine Brooks is brilliant, beautiful and ambitious. When Kate is hired as the new associate at Drew’s father’s investment banking firm, every aspect of the dashing playboy’s life is thrown into a tailspin. The professional competition she brings is unnerving, his attraction to her is distracting, his failure to entice her into his bed is exasperating.
Tangled is not your mother’s romance novel. It is an outrageous, passionate, witty narrative about a man who knows a lot about women…just not as much as he thinks. As he tells his story, Drew learns the one thing he never wanted in life, is the only thing he can’t live without.more
Love the witty banter between these characters. So much fun!

The main reason I loved this book so much was because it was told from a male point of view, something which is extremely rare as far as romance novels go. Drew’s ramblings make it seem as though we are being offered a glimpse into the male psyche, and that we must take heed of all his advice. He wants to come across as such a tough macho dude, …
Very funny. I have read this series maple than once. When I want to get a good deep laugh I reread the books and finding parts I missed , or so I think, and lighten my mood. The main character is such a funny dude who thinks he can do anything and does. He’s like an eighteen year old that humors the world. I enjoyed the writing and characters. His …
Drew is another of this author’s wise cracking guys guys and a player I really thought he was a jerk. Kate was smart, savvy and I thought way too good for him. This was a fun book. Maybe a little less about Drew’s desire for sex. I will continue with the series because Ms. Chase’s style cracks me up.
So light and witty. I have read it many times (like the rest of the series) and the characters are fantastic! Great read on your holiday travels to put you in a vacation mood. Love and laughter. What’s not to scoop up?
I love the entire series and have read each book several times. I was laughing so hard while reading Tangled that I was positive my husband was going to divorce me. Warning: do not read this in bed while your husband is sleeping next to you. The laugh-out-loud moments–and there are plenty of them–are bound to result in him waking up while you’re …
I love this novel. Funny, witty and eapecially from the male POV. Don’t miss out on a great read.
I can tell you whether Sebastian York being the narrator made me not want to kill the most arrogant man in the world or his ridiculously funny comments spared him a terminal maiming. Whether you think he’s God’s gift or an arrogant pruck, Drew Evans will have you entertained the entire story.
Between his obnoxiously inappropriate comments and …
Loved, loved, loved, loved it!
Not usually a big fan of m/f romance from the male POV, but this read may have changed my mind forever on that front. Laugh-out-loud witty while delivering exactly what I look for in a romance read. Can’t recommend this one enough.
The flu. I’ll never forget how much I completely enjoyed reading this hero’s POV. Sexy. Entertaining. Fun. Everything I look for in a contemporary romance.
