These standalone stories are sweet, clean romances designed to whisk you away. We believe in building a world that begins at the very core of what makes romance stories work – faith, hope, and love.
Come join us in the border towns of the Old West, where cowboys, lawmen, and small town workers not only end up with brides, but their perfect partner, too!
This book was previously part of the Match Made in Heaven Series and has been edited to move it from a Victorian era to an Old West setting. The characters and plot have remained the same.

This is a very quick read and I enjoyed it. I wish the story had a little more depth to it. This is a clean romance.
I am so glad that times have changed for at least most of the world and ladies are no longer required to marry or face being left in poverty or undesirable circumstances. Neither Julia nor Ed wanted to married, at least not at this time, but Aunt Claire wasn’t considered a first class matchmaker for nothing. I enjoyed the circles they made in trying to not acknowledge their interest in the other. Jenna Brandt has given us another story filled with humor and romance.
When a father demands his aimless son settles down to his title and a grieving woman is forced by her father to marry someone else, the family matchmaker is called upon. This woman seems to know what each of her couples need and matches them discreetly behind ton’s doors. Both hero and heroine are lovable, and the antics that ensue are enchanting. The best thing about the book was how these two while courting actually came to love one another.
This was a delightful tale of matchmaking. I enjoyed the short tale of Julie and Edwin. Edwin was very selfish, but when he meets Julie he makes a turn in his character. Julie wants nothing to do with Edwin after the death of her fiancé. I enjoyed their interactions as they got to know one another. This was a sweet clean romance that was enjoyable. I recommend to those that love short sweet romances.
I really enjoyed reading this book. The characters are true to themselves, and the good that they believed in living. Thank you for the great book.
I liked the plot in this book with all its twists and turns, especially the HEA.
The characters were so likable and well written.
I have read several books by this author and like the others, this one doesn’t fail.
Jenna Brandt is one amazing author.
Jenna Brandt does not disappoint with this regency romance. Great characters, loved the cousins whom I hope to read more about in future books. Heartbroken to finding a marriage match Julia had me drawn from the beginning. A great story of romance and scandal.
Was given a complimentary copy. All opinions are my own.
Julia isn’t happy about her prospects, her fiancé died two weeks before their wedding. But she still needs to get married. So does Edwin, but for other reasons. Their first impression isn’t positive but they both try to do better next time. If it works you have to find out yourself.
Fun story
ONE ELECTRIFYING TREAT!!!
OMG! A skillfully woven storyline with an thrilling plot that rocks this jewel from the start. Jenna really brought her A-game for this tough and rough tumble, on point realism that spins so intense, bursting with emotions bringing this gripping tale to life perfectly. A whirling, twirling vortex of unforseen incidents and stupendous mishaps that keep you flipping page after page. The tension spirials, the nerves run amuck while the suspense is soring. Struggling through all the trials and tribulations forcing decisions and jumping hurdles. Twists and turns abound, along with a few bumps and bruises bring this baby together flawlessly. The characters are authentic, vivacious and so realistic with depth and qualities its easy to get swept away. The scenes are so graphically detailed and descriptive it paints a wonderful backdrop that gives the illusion your right there in the middle of ground zero with them. Fantastic job Jenna, thanks for sharing this little jewel with us.
1883 London, England Sometimes life does not go as planned and for Julia Bennett it was really unbelievable. She could not take in that her soon to be husband had died. What was she going to do now that her life was over?
Lord Edwin was in for the shock of his life. He followed after his mother and spent money without thought. But as his father let him know, the coffers were almost empty. His solution? “We’re going to find you a wife-a rich wife that’s going to solve all of our problems,” his father declared! But he was only twenty two! His father had it all figured out to go meet with Claire Roberts, the premier matchmaker in all of London! Let’s go!
But the stars were aligning for this couple due to Claire Roberts was Julia’s aunt who she thought she and Edwin would make a good match. With Julia’s father about to pass away due to a long illness and a clause in the will she had not choice.
Could these two find happiness and true love? A wonderful story as only Jenna Brandt can tell with her amazing characters and heartfelt plots that always leave me smiling at the end! Cannot wait for more!
A fantastic read. Her father is dying so she must find a husband. His family is in a tight situation where they could be financially ruined. So they are matched up. I love how the Author went with this storyline. The Author did a fantastic job at creating the storyline as well as the Characters. This is definitely a must read.

Discreetly Matched is a sweet, clean, historical romance from Jenna Brandt. Julia and Edwin were an unlikely pairing, but Julia’s matchmaker aunt thinks they will suit each other. Both have urgent reasons to wed quickly. Can there be love for these two under these circumstances? There are meddlesome creatures who want to put an end to this match. You will have to read the book to see how this all plays out.
Her aunt is a professional matchmaker – and she needs to get married BEFORE her father dies. He needs the money because the family has wasted it. Can love happen in these circumstances? LOVED THIS BOOK!!!
matchmaker find me a match?
First off great cover!! I am always thrilled when I get a chance to read a historical by Jenna Brandt she writes so well and the stories always come alive for me when reading. In this one the song matchmaker, matchmaker find me a match comes to mind. Two young people who by unexpected events need to marry one to save and the other to get what was given to them. Mistrust on both side and little help from some very nasty people the main characters have an upward challenge to overcome. A wonderful story that was so easy to get lost in. Great ending! I did receive a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.
This book was a joy to read. It is a sweet clean romance that holds your attention from beginning to end. Another winner in the Match Made in Heaven Series.
…make me a match!…
Such a strange set of circumstances bring two people together….
Julia’s fiancé dies suddenly and in order to inherit her fortune she is compelled to marry.
Edwin’s family has whittled away at their fortune until he has to marry to save them.
They are matched by her aunt who is a Matchmaker as she just knows they will fit but both are skeptical and there is a lot of mistrust between them.
Then cupid fire his little arrow and both are hit by it. This story tells of how they fight their feelings until they no longer can.
I’m a sucker for happily-ever-afters and why not? Love and trust are to be applauded and looked forward to at any stage of one’s life and Jenna Brandt has brought this to us in this sweet story and I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.
I read an Advance Reader’s copy and this has been my voluntary and unbiased review of it.
