3 stories, First one was easy to read and really liked the characters and story. The next two were a little harder to read. With a little dub-con and a little dark thrown in the mix. I have no problems with reading this just not with a bookset that is supposed to be a contemporary paranormal romance read. A little Menage is nice also. But vampire gazes that makes a woman do what they want and they proceed to take her virginity that way with the hopes of killing her is a little to muh with this box set for me. would have been fine if it started this way. not finished! Second note, 2nd book left off in a weird area along with the last story as well. Felt like it was rushed and so much was missing on the both of the last two stories.

This is a NON-SPOILER REVIEW. Royal Hunger by Emma Night is a Vampire Paranormal Romance Boxed Set. These three reads can basically be read as stand alone, but are joined in a subtle underlying way. These sexy reads pull you in from the first page and push all your emotional buttons through to the last. From sweet to steamy, these reads run the gamut. A highly recommend set of reads guaranteed to satisfy.

Dawn is in for an eye opening revelation. She has been living in her uncle Shane’s house for the last couple of years while he was away. Upon his return she learns she didn’t really know him after all. I liked that after he explained he was vampire, she still believed in him and her love didn’t change. Shane is Asher’s maker and has been asleep for a century or so. He has lost touch with the world and technology and society have changed so much. Dawn is responsible for teaching Asher how to navigate this new world. There are a few incidents that made me laugh and there was also one spot that made me want to cry. There is however a HEA that makes it all come together.
