Natalie Shay never imagined a day like this would come. She did what she was supposed to do: graduate college and marry her handsome, popular college sweetheart. With the ink still drying on their divorce papers, Natalie tries to move on from an ending she thought would be happy. When she feels a spark with her stubborn, charming best friend Aidan Costa, Natalie’s life becomes even more … more unrecognizable. Aidan has been her best friend for years, stood beside her when she got married, and has a notorious aversion to relationships. As confusion and denial overwhelm them, their spark grows.
Held back by a secret he has been keeping his whole life, Aidan decides to ignore his feelings for Natalie. Natalie’s discovery of his secret pushes them past the boundaries they’ve carefully constructed around their friendship.
For Natalie, this could be a second chance at her happily ever after. But when a person from Aidan’s past reappears, everything he has built with Natalie is threatened.

Really enjoyed this slow burn romance.
Loved Aiden and Natalie.
The writing was on, nice flow. This was my first book by this author, can’t wait to read more
AMAZING!
Great flowing read that is well written with amazing chemistry that at times is a bit intense. Engrossing twists of drama that are relatable and emotionally heartfelt. An amazing read that at times was hard to put down!
The book is a good romance read. The story has a good story line, and the story is a well written read. The characters are good, and they have good chemistry. The story is a good slow burning friends to lovers romance read.

Jennifer Milkin has a way with romance that makes it seem so easy yet unreal. We have Aidan who was raised by real romance come to life yet skeptical about it. Faced with lies about love he doesn’t know for sure how he feels for Natalie. Friendship is important to him and losing Natalie for love is not an option. I loved how Jennifer created this friendship amd the possibility of something more for them. There were times when I wanted to hit Aidan for being stupid yet in a way it all makes sense. All in all it was really good and cannot wait to see what Jennifer has in store for her readers.
“I received an eBook copy from the publisher for the purpose of an honest review. I was not compensated for this review: all conclusions are my own.”
Every time life has let her down, a boy has broke her heart, or things just haven’t went well in general Natalie Shay has always had one bright spot in her life, her best friend Aidan Costa. From the day they met they knew their friendship would be one that would last forever, it was an easy and undeniable connection right from the start. Through the years they have had each other’s backs, and now is a time when Natalie really needs him, she has just divorced her college sweetheart, and her heart is broken beyond repair.
Their little re-connection brings her the comfort and stability she needs, but it also brings about some unexpected fireworks. Ones that neither saw coming, but both of them at one point or another have thought about exploring. But they always quickly pushed the thoughts away for the sake of their friendship… that is until now!
Good on Paper is a slow burning friends to lovers story that comes brimming with drama, emotion, and bits of steam! When these two long time friends decide to take their friendship to another level things between them quickly get heated, but also get a little messy too. Because both of them come baring secrets and hang-ups about love, and it has the potential to wreck everything before it even has a chance to get started. I really enjoyed this first time read, it was nicely paced and well written tale, came equipped with characters that you really couldn’t help but fall for. Highly recommend!
I requested an advanced copy of this title from the publisher, and I am voluntarily leaving my honest opinion.
This was a good friends to lover story. The characters were interesting and very relatable. When Natalie starts dating him, they just hit off. The timing was a little off as she had just gotten divorced. When his ex turns up pregnant, it gets very confusing for all. It was another good Jennifer Milliken book

Aidan was always there for Natalie. He’s not a stand out, not a jock or famous . Just a guy who’s always been there for Natalie. Except the timing is all wrong.
Natalie was popular in school but now with the ink freshly dry on her divorce papers, will she see Aidan for the man he is today?
Until things get super complicated with Allison. Aidan hooked up with her now, who’s her baby daddy? Bad timing, people.
