Wow! I loved this dark, twisted tale from beginning to end. I realize it’s only part 1, so there is a cliff-hanger, but the entire thing has been released so there’s no waiting. I got lost in this one and didn’t want to put it down! The writing is fantastic, the character are complex, and I can’t wait to jump into the next one. Highly recommend!!

Mia is abducted at the request of an unidentified man. Ryker is her trainer. Ryker is her capture and savior. Mia and Ryker develop feelings for one another.
She was taken and being trained to kneel, submit and obey. The one training her is not the one who will be the one to have her. She is being trained for another. Who is it? What will happen if she disobey? Follow her story
This is a dark, gritty, twisted read and I couldn’t put it down until the last page. Ryker kidnapped Mia and is supposed to turn her over once she is trained but he ends out falling for her. Great start to the Requested Trilogy and I can’t wait to read part two to find out what happens next.

Dark and amazing story. When the warnings tell you it is a dark book and you’ve been warned, you listen to it. I, however, love dark books and for me the darker the better. This is the first book of the series and I can tell it probably will get even darker in the next one. It pushed my boundaries of what I’m comfortable with but really that’s one of the reasons I enjoy dark romances. I felt so bad for Mia. She was really in a hopeless situation but trying to stay as strong as possible. I wanted to hate Ryker so much but in all honesty I couldn’t. He really is growing on me and I’m looking forward to reading the next one. The one thing that bothered me a little bit was the placement of the POVs felt all over the place when the POVs would back up the story and tell it again in the other persons perspective but it certainly isn’t too big of a deal to keep me from finding out what happens next. If dark romances are your thing then you definitely need to read this book.

Wow, what a fantastic first book in this trilogy.
This book pulls you in from the very beginning and keeps you wanting more. This book does end in a cliffhanger, because it is the first book in this wonderfully written, twisted, dark romance.
Mia is a small town, eighteen year old girl who is living in her own little safe bubble. She has her parents, her friends and she loves to sing. Although she rarely sings in public, every now and then her best friend talks her into singing at a local bar. It’s during one of these times she is noticed by a man that alters her life, this man is her requestor. She becomes an unwilling captive to a reluctant, Ryker, who is now her captor. Grab this book and find out what happens when these two must do things they don’t want to, all for the sake of protecting someone else. This is a great first book in this series and I’m looking forward to the next one to find out more of Mia and Ryker’s story.

Oh my word! I just don’t know what other to say than that this book roped me in, hook, line and sinker. 5 stars is not nearly enough!!!
The author is so talented, I felt every single tear dropped, every scream wretched from Mia’s lungs, everything. It was just, one word, phenomenal. I was trapped in that room. I thoroughly enjoyed the way there was a stretch of Mia’s point of view, then we go back to the view of Ryker and his view. Then we get Mr. Requester’s point of view in there.
It is such an intriguing, captivating, and not overly dark story. I still have hope. And there is so much more to it than what meets the eye here! Not your typical captive novel. This is one of the best I’ve read in this category! I cannot wait to read the second installment!

This book is dark, twisted and all male characters have a dark side.
Luckly Ryker still has a sweet side, otherwise Mia will have an even worse destiny
Can not waot to read the next book!

#PsychologicalThriller Very dark theme, not meant for any ‘faint of hearts’. #Suspenseful and #BDSM hardcore. Couldn’t put the kindle down. Need to find out how it’s going to turn out for Mia, Ryker and Junior. #ReadAtYourOwnRisk #HappyReading xo
This book was well written except that I felt it drag a little as the author was trying to give the reader the characters’ thoughts and feelings regarding their perspective roles and to explain their actions. While this maybe important to the story to me it seemed to slow down the story. It maybe that I just am not fond of this style of writing. With that said, I will probably finish the trilogy.
Junior sees Mia sing and has to have her. His dad collects women and now he wants one. Senior picks Ryker to train her. Dark, bdsm, hot steamy. Major cliffhanger….2 more books to come.
Kidnapped and trained to service another man.
This is a very dark story, and I have to admit that I am very fond of such stories. This one was, perhaps, a bit darker than I usually gravitate to, but once I started I found I could not put it down. The story was very well written and kept me on the edge of my seat. The characters were solid and realistic, with emotions that you could feel yourself. And while the basic premise may sound familiar, there were enough twists and turns to the action to keep you off balance and make it fresh.
The only jarring element was the changes in perspective from one character to the next. I felt that there was too much repetition of material as you relived a scene from another point of view. I like the different perspectives when they move the story forward, but these were used too often and seemed to move the story backwards.
Nevertheless, the story was quite engaging and I look forward to reading the next one. One note of caution: The book ends on a cliffhanger.
Recommended.
